   I’m really disappointed with the customer service at The Warehouse – Tauranga Crossing. We asked if it was possible to get an ID photo taken for our 6-month-old baby. Instead of a polite explanation, the staff member turned to two other staff behind her and said “we are not doing passport photos today” and laughed. She then turned back to us and said “sorry, we’re too busy today.” This wasn’t said kindly or professionally, and the laughing made it feel dismissive and rude — especially when dealing with parents and a baby. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor attitude from this staff member. It would have been completely fine to simply say they were unable to help due to workload, but the way it was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service really needs improvement here!

   This store is full of the most useless staff I have ever encountered! They do the bare minimum and say that the product isn’t there because they’re too lazy to look and then they tell you to come back in a few days that the “ product should be ready “ lol what a joke. The checkout staff could do with a few English lessons too. Train the staff better! Seems like The warehouse just hires the most grumpy and lazy people they can find. Customer service really is non existent these days.

Whether I’m asking questions, looking for something specific, or just browsing, I always feel supported and welcome. Thank you for the consistently great service and for making each visit a positive one. It really shows when a team cares about their customers — and you do!

   Thank you to the young woman who was friendly and helpful on Monday 10th of July. We had traveled a fair distance to receive help one of the tech stores at the Crossing and decided to look for an item at your store. The customer service was very good.
