We have just been into Tauranga store and served by Chris. He was amazing. Such good Customer service.we have ever received in that store . We think he’s very worthy of a big Christmas bonus.
I am giving Noel Leeming a negative review for their service. I purchased a camera during their Black Friday sale on the 27th, but received a different price on the 28th. I find it hard to believe that Black Friday sales would involve different prices. This makes me think those promotional ads were a trap. I returned to the store to try and resolve the issue, but was treated rudely by manager Ben. His solution was to give me the price difference in the form of a gift card. I believe I paid with a regular bank card, so I don't need a gift card, and I don't plan to shop again anytime soon. However, the manager's arrogant attitude made me very dissatisfied. He turned and left, refusing to resolve the issue; his service attitude seemed worse than that of a new employee. It's hard to imagine that the manager of a well-known chain store provides such poor service. Then I asked them for their policy on refunding the price difference in a gift card, and he rudely told me to scan a QR code to learn more. I scanned the code and carefully read the terms of service; there was no clause stating that customers would receive a gift card for a price difference refund. This store has left me utterly disappointed, and as a resident of Tauranga, I am ashamed that a store provides such service.
Just had a recent poor experience with staff in this branch. I politely asked if I could get some assistance and she pretended to look for someone else who could help me but she went back to the till. Had I not approached her again, I would have waited in that section for ages. Very dismissive.
Top-notch staff! I came in to look for a washing machine but didn’t have much knowledge about the products. I was assisted by Sony, who was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with his friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend him!
I bought a fridge/freezer and asked for it to be delivered/installed and the old one removed. I was really impressed with the delivery team's careful, friendly and smooth-running service. It was a bit of a tight fit in a couple of areas getting my fridge up the stairs but there was no drama from them, and their carefulness with my fridge and house was excellent and appreciated.
After being somewhat disregarded at the last shop we went into, we came in here, ready for a new TV and we left with one, and a new iPad!! Haha, good pay day for the salesman I hope, he was so knowledgable and helpful :) I recently came back in for Headphones! They're doing some strange things.... but anyway! The staff here are always always on the ball, just the BEST!

Great service and helpful staff. A good range of TV brands to choose from. Camron Rd, Tauranga has good off-road parking.
Appalling lack of service in store. Was in store searching for 35 minutes (store wasn't busy)for what i needed before I was appoached with a blasé offer of help. Then upon that this customer rep was out right rude and not helpful in the slightest. I booked and paid for a in home tech support, unfortunately had to postpone, the process to re book was painful and not straightforward in the slightest. Was treated like i was the inconvenience. Step it up guys, you will not be getting my next order.
Good sized store with plenty of range and space to move around. Service was quick and efficient. Has all your home appliances and technology products you need as well as the option to get it installed and set up by tech solutions which is handy. Plenty of parking available at the front of the store.
