Good service, and friendly staff. I bought some potting mix and the checkout operator Paige was so lovely. She loaded it into a trolley and into my car. She had such a cheerful attitude and I was so grateful for her help. I was having a hard day and she took a bit of the load off for me. Thank you
Easy return, friendly customer service, easy online ordering & click and collect. There are times when there are 2 stereo systems going at the same time, quite loud on warehouse stationery end, which is annoying. They think everybody is deaf.
Very limited gift ideas ....everything they sell is sickly sweet like chocolate boxes and other items and very little healthy food like nuts or crackers in attractive boxes. I also watched with horror as this horrible younger checkout operator was insufferably rude to and berated an elderly customer who was merely fumbling away trying to get money out of his wallet to pay. The lack of respect was shocking and I rapidly moved to another operator's queue who was far more professional. Talk about badly trained checkout operators.
Had left a rather scathing comment before about my interaction with staff in general,but am now happy to retract that entirely due to the service I have recently received from the happy,young,and helpful staff at the Print and Copy Centre.The very gracious encounters of late have been brilliant,thank you for the service,it was very much appreciated.Unfortunately I can not give the young lady a personal congrats as I could not see your name badge.
Extremely limited stock and sizes! Some ailes are hard to go down if you have a trolley especially by the clothes. Only go there if I can't make it to Hamilton that week but usually leave in disappointment anyway.
Get a mostly good service here, with shop being well stocked. Staff are usually friendly and have a smile on their faces. Am a frequent shopper here for great bargains.
Corine you are not going to get very far in life being rude to people who are trying to be polite to you. Clearly. That's why you work at the warehouse. I was holding onto the plants I bought so you could scan them easier. You know, instead of putting them on the checkout table and getting water and soil all over it. So don't snap at me "JUST PUT THEM DOWN" when I'm only trying to not make a mess that you have to clean up.
My toilet bag may have been to many places and has seen better days (along with the owner).Found and bought a new one to suit me and my travels. This may be a lunch box to others but a perfect toilet bag for me.
