    Helpful staff and good range of products. I visited Noel Leeming Dunedin recently and got great support from the team when comparing different electronics. They were patient and explained the options clearly without pushing for a sale. Prices were competitive and they also helped with warranty details. Store layout is easy to navigate and checkout was quick. Only thing that could be better is having more stock on some popular items, but overall a good shopping experience and I’d come back again.

    Misleading billing and very unprofessional handling My experience at Noel Leeming Dunedin City was extremely poor. After purchasing a phone under an advertised interest-free promotion, I later discovered my outstanding balance was around $100 higher than what was agreed and signed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this in store and through customer service, I received no clear explanation or resolution. This level of poor follow-up and incorrect billing is misleading and highly unprofessional. If I had not checked my account carefully, I could have been overcharged without realising. Advice to customers: Always double-check your invoices and instalment plans, as billing errors may not be corrected easily.

    Absolutely appalling customer service experience today and walked away feeling like I was something the particular staff member had just stepped in. Brought the item at PBTec. Shame on you. If you dont want to work there anymore maybe move on.

    Hopeless, in all respects. Tried to contact the Dunedin store for two days with no success. Tried to use chat, again no success. Finally managed to talk to 'an agent' at the call centre, whom I could barely understand and had to ask to repeat herself, not that it made any difference, she was less than helpful and had little knowledge re. my request. Was a reasonable store in it's day.

    Every time my partner and I go to Noel Leeming we b-line for Cody as he is very personable and knowledgeable on the best products for the price point. It’s a really nice shopping experience as Cody remembers and what we’ve bought previously through him and always checks in on whatever we’ve purchased. Highly recommend!

    Rung them 5 times, didn’t pick up once. Been waiting on an iPad they said would take 10 days to get here. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing.

    After sales is terrible. Paid $150 for a warranty. When I returned the device for repair, I had to pay another $100 excess. Was told it would be resolved in 5 days. Tried to ring a week later. Call centre knows nothing and the Dunedin store don't answer their phone. After 13 days I got through and they still know nothing but "it will be a few days". Not happy.
