   Review – Very Disappointing Customer Service on 31/09/2025 I’ve been a regular shopper at The Warehouse Fraser Cove for a long time, but the customer service I experienced on 31/09/2025 around 1pm was truly disappointing. The staff member at the counter, Melissa, was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and didn’t even tell me the total before abruptly grabbing the cash out of my hand. There was no basic courtesy — not even a “thank you” at the end of the transaction. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at the till. It left a really bad impression, especially since I’ve always appreciated the generally friendly service at this location. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

   I went to this store on 7th July, at the self-checkout I scanned three cans of coconut milk which should have been on special for ‘3 for $5’ so I was surprised when they scanned at $1.80 each. I signaled to the female Checkout Supervisor that I wanted to go back inside to check something and I took a photo of the Multibuy sign. Then I made my way back to the self-checkout and showed my photo to the Supervisor to inform her that these three should come up as $5 and another male staff member joined in. He then proceeded to check the stand where I got the coconut milk from and the Checkout Supervisor promptly adjusted the price manually on the till. I just wanted to say Thank You for attending to my ‘issue’ promptly and professionally. From the photo I noticed that the special ends on 1st July so the sign should have been taken off the floor days before. PS: This is not the first time I encountered this female Supervisor (with the long dark curly hair), I think her name is Leesa from my docket showing "SP: Leesa", she provides a good customer service.

   I’ve been a regular user of the printing service at the Fraser Cove store and have generally had positive experiences. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. I had emailed a small print job—just a couple of pages to be bound—four hours before arriving at the store. Despite there being three staff on duty and no customers waiting, the job had not been started. When I remarked about the amount of time passed, A staff member responded dismissively, saying it wasn’t their fault and questioned what I expected them to do. I found this attitude quite unprofessional. Fortunately, a third staff member was helpful, agreed to complete the job, and assured me it would be ready the following day. While I understand that workloads can vary, the inconsistency in customer service is concerning. It’s becoming clear that the quality of service depends heavily on which staff are present. I hope the store addresses this, as I’d like to continue using their services with confidence.

   I went there yesterday for a couple of things I needed. I spoke to a couple of their staff, one at customer service, unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was super helpful. When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. It was a good experience for me. They were nice and helpful.

   Appauling low staffing of checkouts, I'm writing this while being 5th in the line. The shop is far from busy. I do not work for the warehouse - I refuse to scan goods. The cheek of this retailer

   I was in your shop this morning. What happen to customer service? I asked where an item was and I was told you may not have any and if you do they are over there ( the lady pointed to a direction) . You use to have great customer service like your other branches. Their team member's go with the customer and they show you and find the item. You need to fix this frazer cove. It use to be about the customers.

   Went to pick up a paid click and collect item. Click and collect part wasnt open so went to the only staffed (non self service) counter. Waited for them to finish with their last customer to have the staff member rudely say "I'm closed go find someone else" that took awhile since all the staff were gossiping. Would be great to have at least one staffed checkout to help people out. I'll buy from else where next time.
