   I was really disappointed the girl who was on cashier today, Zeinab... I brought a waffle robe which had a discount price but she charge it for full price and I asked her to check the website........... Her attitude was quite poor. She gave me my money back as I if I had borrowe something from her...... Because of how I was treated. I will be shopping"***instead of the warehouse from now on. [email protected]

   I went in store to purchase a bike for my 8yr old. I asked 2 store assistants for advice on the bikes in store - the appropriate bike size for my child, and the general build quality / popularity of a particular bike. There was not a single store assistant in the floor who could give me this advice. Why are your staff not trained on your products?? You're expecting customers to pay hundreds of $$ for your products but you don't help customers make informed decisions. It's really unprofessional and totally lazy to not be training your staff accordingly.

   Terrible! Was emailed to say my order had been printed, arrived to pick it up, waited in line for 30 mins only to be told they couldn’t find it. They promised it would be done by 5:30pm this evening. I went to collect it and waited in line again for 30 mins. Once I got to the counter they said there was an error with the printing so they’d have to print it again. Really poorly organised and have wasted so much of my time! It sounds like they need to employ more staff

   Another big outlet of the Warehouse. It has many choices of items for the daily living, stationeries, entertainment, kitchen, toys, clothes, shoes, food and beverages, furnitures, auto accesories and others. I like this one because it’s in the mall and we can go here as well as other stores. The store is easy to navigate with big signs and directories. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

   Vaccination day afternoon at approx 2.05pm. Could not pay and get out of the shop as both lanes were held up with click and collect complications. Could not go through self service as their machines don't have a cash option. Of course I eventually made my payment for my one lonely item, and hoped to hear some comment from the point of sale explaining that things weren't going well and maybe an apology for my long wait. With no such comment forthcoming I wrote this review.
