Good location but cost was quite high on a number of items. Walking distance from the marine parade.
I have recently moved to Hawke’s Bay, I won’t go back to the Napier Woolworths because of the terrible customer service. The first experience was from the customer service desk. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, so I thought I would give them another chance. Today I went back and the check out person was so rude and apathetic I left the store feeling just as upset as the last experience. I have never left a negative comment at any store but this was unacceptable and should be addressed. It doesn’t take much to make a customer feel valued and to leave the store wanting to come back.
It was so pleasant worker's were very helpful directing where to pick my shopping up wonderful experience.
Tried to join Woolworth Everyday Rewards on 18.12 at 16:00. Despite us waiting until there were no other customers waiting, both ladies at the desk were useless and discourteous. That’s no way to treat new customers. Will never shop there again.
I don't usually write reviews but last night during my shop, I overheard a young staff member ask a question about their work instructions. Instead of answering calmly, the manager suddenly raised her voice at him and accused him of having an attitude. From what I heard down the aisle, he was simply trying to clarify instructions from something to do with upstairs..and was respectful the whole time. She even started going on about how she “wouldn’t have to be supervisor in 3 weeks,” blaming this him for just wanting clarification. Highly unprofessional as I have worked in this industry before, hope this gets sorted out!!
Customer service very slack, only 2 checkouts open, will be going to a serviced supermarket (PAK N SAVE) In future
Thank you for a customer toilet HOWEVER its very run down and dirty worst ever seen with all your marketing on woolworths rebranding check the customer experience
always fresh vegies and in the bakery area too. they have some good deals for your money. its nice and big easy to get around and well set out. the only supermarket i know that always has clean and shiney floors. staff are great and very friendly.
Great prices, they have what I need for my gluten free needs, also dairy free if you need. Wheelchair access, great parking, fair prices, better with their onecard
Was able to get everything I needed. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to serve us, even though the deli was short on staff the produce staff came in to cover. As an extra bonus the friendly cashier even packed my bag. Something we never see back home in Auckland.
