“My fridge died and I needed a replacement urgently. I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!”

So I emailed and I had a super quick response the same day advising they would ship the part out to me, or I could come and collect. Great customer service, and they didn't give me any trouble about the part missing. I liked the desk so much I went back to get another one for my son.
