Staff will do everything in their power to ignore you when you need help. Getting busy around Xmas time and they only have 2 checkouts open with people queueing half around the store. Just poorly run

Went in to the supermarket today was waiting at lotto with another lady in front of me I had to call out to get the ladys attention doing something on a mobile phone she replied to me and said what she was doing was important I said customers come first she said we'll no what she was doing was important this was disgusting they way she spoke to usher name was Jennie she never apologized pretty much told us we weren't important
Parking is terrible here- we went on a Sunday afternoon and found hardly any parking and the parks we did find were not suitable for a ute. Very tight fit. Maybe other days are fine but not this day. Otherwise no different to other supermarkets
Staying in Cambridge for couple of days needed wine, snacks n desserts.. this Countdown had all we needed...thankyou..
I now know not to shop here all the time! Every time I go, there are a lot of empty shelves. Even the basics are missing. I ended up going elsewhere, and the other supermarkets tend to be well stocked every time I do go there.

Surprisingly good selection of vegan groceries. Organic selection ok but small. Had a great time!
It's a big supermarket. This one is slightly different in that it has a pharmacy in the middle of the store. Apart from the it's pretty much the same as most other Countdowns. The carpark has a funny layout, but it's only a problem if you don't have a good ground clearance under your car.
