   Just been into the shop. 2 staff members on their phones did not even noticed I was there! I found someone else in the bike area to help me (very helpful). One of the staff on their phone had no shame playing a game on his phone at checkout . Why would I pay so much for poor customer service?

   Staff are usually friendly and helpful, although not all. Customer service seems to have gone steadily downhill in recent years. I have had several negative experiences shopping here with very poor customer service from some staff and adjusted this review accordingly. I don't find staff are as knowledgable as in other sporting stores. There is a decent range of sporting goods and a reasonable range of bikes and accessories. Prices tend to be a bit on the steep side in my opinion, although there are deals to be had now and again with specials. I like the staff but usually shop elsewhere for better value, quality, and advice. I find this is a great place for smaller purchases. I have found their bike mechanic to be particularly helpful in the past. Please be aware before you purchase that if you are overcharged and require refund you will be waiting up to a week for a refund.

   Awesome outdoor shop, variety of outdoor living products, bikes, scooters, gears, camping products and accessories, winter recreation, sunglasses etc. went there to buy my 7 yr old girl a scooter. friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a challenge frontage is a bit congested with many shops beside and adjacent, there some parking spaces at the back of the shop but still it’s very limited.

   Used the Bike Workshop for services for two mtb and one commuter road bike. Would not recommend at all. Substandard service and terrible communication. All three bikes came back with gears slipping worse than when they went in. Rubbing rear brakes on the commuter bike. Commuter bike came back with no working front gears. The gear cable was brittle and frayed and needed replacing, and this most definitely did not happen. Gears were working prior to it going to the shop, and weren't working when we got it back... The little checklist on the receipt said that gear cables had been checked and were okay...I guess they don't know what they're looking for? I emailed through my feedback and complaints (getting them on the phone is impossible!) and have been ignored for the past three weeks. Sent head office a message with my complaints and haven't heard anything from them either. Disappointed with the service received and would not use again or recommend.
