“We purchased a lounge suite 4 years ago from Furniture Now in Hamilton and have been very happy with it. Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations. Thanks- our lounge suite is as good as new again.”

The main transport hub for the cities public transport is handy. Just across the road. Open till midnight. Disability parking spaces are available.”
