Horrible I was yelled by a worker .she made me feel like I was stupid.. Very disappointing. I believe I was being bullied. I felt scared and intimidated. She looked at me as if she hated me. I left the shop in tears.
This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.
This is an older store, it has a good variety of products at great prices. Staff are helpful. Carpark is a bit of a nightmare
It's a fun place to shop, if budgeting, is a big factor in choices made. The great benefit is that you can cater for children clothes and toys of all descriptions without breaking the bank. One thing to keep in mind is the checkout is in the center of the shop. Very unusual to say the least.
Meh. I hate the layout. I do not like the sheep run of tellers in the middle, and it is costly on mobility to look around all the edges... In saying all that, it is clean, tidy, pretty, and the staff are very approachable. I wish to thank the staff that helped me today, as I needed to find another shirt for the endgame crew. I really appreciate the time and attention they spent today. It makes hard times more digestible, and fun times funner. In the disability friendly shopping mall, there is also bay plaza pharmacy, shake shed, sushi bar, cellphone accessories sales, shoe store, rebels, etc. Atm outside the mall, nice and handy. No stairs, and disability parking right outside entrance.
4.5⭐ I mean, but it's better to upgrade than downgrade. It's a nice place to shop at, not congested, clean, Huge selection and most important AFFORDABLE. A few more staffs per shift would actually be appreciated though. The ones on shift are definitely nice and helpful.
They have so many things in here, homeware, clothing, Bath and toiletries, sportswear, furniture type things, decor, stationery. It's amazing and it's so reasonably priced. There is a good practice range of clothing and also more fashionable pieces. Just a brilliant shop.
Nice cheap clothes and household items. Checkout is weirdly in the middle of the store and security is watching everyone as you walk out looking like they are going to ask for your receipt. All self checkout which is annoying. Good for if you want to save some money especially if they have a sale on.
