   Checked what time it closes online to do some last minute shopping. It said it closes at 9pm, opens at 8am. There was still 1 hour till closing time so I went over, It was already closed. Please udate your closing times.

   I had to get a product exchanged that was not available anywhere else in Hamilton - called the store ahead and the gentleman who answered was onto it immediately, asked me to call in a few minutes for confirmation by when he had already located it and handed over at the counter - and the staff at the customer service were so friendly, i was in and out with no trouble in under 5 minutes. Thanks team, and Warehouse please take note you got some amazing people working at this store - the other reviews say the same story!

   My husband purchased some underwear last week and got home and realised he had bought the wrong size. They were still in the original packaging and hadn't been opened. He took them back this morning at 11.30am with the receipt to change them and the the middle aged lady on the counter was extremely rude and said no can't exchange as you have already taken them home. She wouldn't listen to him and went on to serve another customer. Terrible customer service, won't go back.
