I called to ask about the Hepatitis A+B vaccination and was met with abrupt and unhelpful communication. The staff member provided very little information and did not demonstrate a service-minded approach. For a health-related enquiry, this was disappointing. I hope management addresses this to improve customer experience.
This can’t be legitimate. The whole place seemed extremely disorganized. The wait time was insane. I’m new here from another country and was denied my anxiety medication. I am now left without a renewal for it and this is malpractice. Dr. Shen Tat Ooi should not be a doctor. You just ruined my trip and my mental health is now at stake. So awful
The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely bad. Perhaps it was because this clinic was located in a good place and making an endless amount of money, so they didn't need to consider the patients' feelings.
I don't understand why this place got such a bad rating. Everyone was very polite. The nurse and doctor were caring and attentive. The medicines prescribed by the doctor made me feel better on the first day.
Never choose this clinic. If you have another option, please choose somewhere else. The receptionists are extremely rude. The service is terrible. They promise one time and do another. I waited more than six hours to be seen. I noticed that all Asian people got priority service. They went in front of us openly. It doesn’t even feel like I’m in New Zealand. I feel extremely disrespected. The place is dirty and unhealthy.
Got my xray done here few days ago, it only took 10mins to complete ! Case was submitted within 2 days, will definitely come back again for my visa application.
Tips on takin a urine test for immigration health check: drink tons of water beforehand or you might be told that blood was detected in your urine sample. And you might end up paying 85NZD for GP casual consultation fee even though all he tells you is “you need to take another urine test because blood was detected in your urine sample” which the receptionist told you already, and 40NZD for the actual urine test besides the 320 NZD check fee you already paid upfront. The GP consultation charge is so pointless!!!!! Why do you charge the patient for that? Just one word from the doctor???? He can’t draw any conclusions without the new urine test results isn’t it??? So why do you make the patients wait for hours to hear that one useless sentence from the doctor instead of just charging 40NZD urine test fee and collecting patients’ sample and tell patients that they are free to go???
Do not come here for your Immigration Health check. You can get the test done in a day without booking but they will not send the results to immigration after almost 3 weeks if you don’t ask. So whats the point? Service is horrible, both nurse and doctor They didn’t even say apology when you call and email about them not sending the results If there is a zero i would have rate a zero
I was sceptical at first because of the google review. My fiance did his medical here for his immigration. It took them 3 working days to upload it. The ladies were very good of doing their jobs. It only took him 1 hour to do blood test, urine and blood pressure. Good place.
Worst service ever! It took them a whole month to send the report of general check up to immigration. They forgot to send it to immigration and send it after 1 month when we received letter from immigration asking for same tests and when we enquired and asked for physical copy of the results. Extremely disappointing customer services. Then lady at the reception saying - “so what! Do u want me to return your money or do ur test again n send them report in an hour” in an angry way. 0 star for this clinic :(
