Have been going to this practice for years. A few years back there was some very rude receptionist however the girls working on reception now are amazing. Yes we have had a flew blips at this clinc including a Dr that has left insulted me everytime I saw him and called me names, he has left thank god. I moved to DR eve teo and she is so funny and the best DR. I trust her judgments and her ideas and can make me walk out smiling and laughing even when I feel like crap. And omg the triage list my heart boy was suppose to be on the triage list but the receptionist forgot to put him on it and we ended up at hospital later that night. However I got a phone call and an apology and Jackie from little feet also apologised as my boy is a frequent flyer with her and she is amazing !!!! Do I wish it was like pre covid when u could call and get a same day appointment easily .. of course ! However I understand the demands on the health system so can't blame you for that. The prices are steep now and it does make coming to the dr hard that would be my only problem. All the drs, nurses, little feet and receptionist i have delt with are amazing

I just called at 8am and spoke to Linda. I know your calls are all recorded so I would like you to listen to the phone call I had with her today. Extremely rude! I will be taking this as further as I can. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and even though they apologise after you pull them up about the behaviour, why is this happening?. We recorded this phone call too just incase nothing is done. She does not need to be the first person to answer your calls. Mums like me are waiting patiently to get our babies seen and Iβm having to deal with her and how rude she is because sheβs in a rush. Not happy. I will be talking to everyone I can about today to push this further. Just an update with this issue, I will not be writing a complaint. Who does written anything these days unless itβs a court matter and I will not be doing that. Youβve got the information I gave you a time the persons name and the complaint I had. If you canβt deal with it with all that information I will continue to push this further. Even when written nothing is done. Tell me when the last time one of your rude receptionist has been held accountable for they rude behaviour. Social media is a powerful place and so is my husband who is a lawyer. I will not do anything of the following youβve asked of me but I will be waiting for your response. Why do we gotta do all this work when it was done to us. Linda should write a letter to me explaining why she told me to rush and hurry while I was still explaining what was wrong with my 7 month baby at the time who had bronchiolitis a month prior. Linda will be spoken about until something is done. I WILL NOT WRITE A LETTER!!!

The little feet clinic and nurse practitioners are amazing. Itβs obvious that theyβre very busy but we have found they take the time to listen, do a thorough job and arenβt just trying to get you out the door to move onto the next patient. Very thankful for this service

This is by far the worst medical centre I have ever been at. Everytime I have time wasted or have some kind of privacy/indignant comments issues. At least one or the other EVERY TIME Addendum; So there has been continued poor treatment and not ever been contacted back after taking your advice to call the practice manager after being told that they are not available. Considering these are serious privacy complaints and happen every single time. Its good to know you even show false care online.

Rudest and slowest service Iβve ever experienced arrived at 11am for my 11:15 appointment and Iβm seen at 11:45 - if we are penalised for being late they should be discounting service if they are late cause itβs wasting our time too. The receptionist when I wanted to pay was disgustingly rude she was more into stapling her paperwork than helping people and she had an attitude about it too. She was also the same when I came in just ignoring people coming up the stairs not really wanting to help. Brush up on your customer service love or find a new job because cleary customer service isnβt your thing.

When I got news that the practice has a new ear nurse, I was very happy about the news and made an appointment immediately to see the nurse. The appointment was set for a date and time. On the day I went to your practice (2 minutes before the booked appointment time), greeted the person behind the glass screen and declare the I was there for the scheduled appointment. The not so friendly person pointed me into a direction and stated to wait there. However, she also declares that there was a bit of a wait. A wait I asked, and she said yes. To which I asked, how long? Again, she declared with pride that I have to wait Β½ and hour for my scheduled appointment. 30 minutes extra. I turned around and said to her that she can cancel my appointment as this is ridicules. What is the problem then? 1. In my opinion you donβt see us as people, but rather as livestock who can make you rich! 2. You donβt have a common decency to give people a curtsy call and letting them know that you are running late with your appointments, by Β½ an hour, and if I want to reschedule. 3. I have a job, this allows me to make use of services like yours, and as such needs money to pay for your service. I work in Auckland CBD, made arrangements to work from home. I have 30 minutes lunch. Can you see the problem here? or doesn't it matter to you? Personally, I will not go back to your practice, I will move my family away from your practice as it seems that you have too many livestock on hand and cannot / will not give client service to your livestock. Yes live stock because we are not human beings in your business eyes. I will not recommend to anyone to make use of your services. If you are new to Pukekohe and looking for a doctor, don't go to Pukekohe Family Doctors. The word family should we removed from their label! I give you a 1 start as I have to select a star, otherwise it would have been a zero-star review.
