Not Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely slow service — waited for 3+ hours even though there were only three patients. It was unclear what the doctor was doing. I arrived at 3:30 AM and by 7:15 AM still had not been seen. Then the doctor left, and we ended up seeing the morning doctor instead.

Went for right toe pain, doctor looked, only looked nothing further, at my LEFT toe and said it was an infection and left the room within 2 seconds. Wrong diagnosis, no care and definitely wrong place to go if you have a health problem.

Got given another bottle of moisturiser for my babies ‘severe eczema’ which presented as Cellulitis and lumps filled with puss. Found out weeks later, worsening skin, at another Medical centre that it was a staph infection! Sepsis from staph can be fatal!

Spent over $100 for my son to be seen, given tablets & sent home. Next day went to my own doctors who sent us straight to hospital for emergency surgery. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.

Doesn't even deserve one star rating. Dr. M.Schiebel on duty was too slow and no sympathy shown to patients. The doctor was clearly seen taking his own sweet time. We had to wait for 4+hours.Taking our 15 month old daughter was a big mistake. Wrong ointment was prescribed. She ended of having sever rash bleeding. We had to visit the city hospital next day. Please do not waste your time visiting this place.

Dangerous. This place should not be legally be allowed to be an A&E. They are critically understaffed (one doctor and two nurse to 38 waiting patients in the waiting room) - my son was having fits and a fever and they didn’t triage him properly. He was vomiting and crying in the waiting room and no action. After five hours waiting, I gave up. I escalates things at reception again, and they stopped lying about 1h waits and told us we’re 7th in the queue (!) with a estimated 2-3h further wait. we left and went to starship. Several other parents with children and other visitors were leaving (some with bleeding bandages and broken bones). Lots of angry people in the waiting room. Saturday morning, during the day (incase anyone assumes I’m referring to out of hours). Other visitors were being redirected here (!) from the Lunn Ave A&E because they were told it was ‘nurses only, no doctors available,’ after waiting there for 3h. This surely cannot be legal. If this has impacted my sons health, I will be using every avenue available to me to get them shut down. I’ve already reported them to the health and disability commissioner. I strongly suggest everyone avoids using this privately owned facility in an emergency - it is not a public hospital / A&E, it’s a financial scam. Avoid.

Two days ago I came here, the nurse told me to wait half an hour but I ended up waiting for 4 hours to get the doctor for only 2 minutes and paid $160. My symptoms were getting worse this morning so I came again. I went to the registration and told them my symptoms is getting worse, and how many patients had until me. Then the lady told me “Unfortunately, you have to wait”. After one hour and a half, they put me in the treatment room without telling me when’s the doctor comes. Eventually, I wait half an hour more to get the doctor and paid another $160.

This is a retrospective review from my experience about a month ago. I had to wait a few hours to be seen which is to be expected and I can't fault the Reception Staff. The triaging Nurse was fixated on his initial diagnosis and was very dismissive of what else it could have been and I felt his diagnosis wasn't correct. I saw the GP for all of five minutes who marched me to the medicine cabinet and gave me one antibiotic tablet, a prescription and I was charged $160 for his time. My lab results came back with zero infection which meant my diagnosis was incorrect and the antibiotics weren't needed. I had a follow up call from a female Nurse who left a voice message and a text to call the Clinic. I rang back and spoke to Reception and told them due to my job I couldn't take calls and to ring between 12 and 12.30pm or after 4.30pm. The Nurse rang at 11am something and because I didn't answer wrote to my GP and discharged me to his care. After being discharged I received a further call and text from a Nurse. In future if I need medical attention outside the hours of other A & E Clinics in my area I will present to my local hospital ED

I read many comments before going and I was a little scared, to be honest. But even though it was a long wait as expected (I waited almost 6 hours, on a Sunday morning-afternoon), everything was great. The staff members -including Dr. Liam- were super nice and caring. The only reason I don't give five stars is because I checked how much the fee was on their website before going, and it didn't say anywhere that if you have a working holiday visa like me they charge more. For being a Sunday and not being enrolled and such, the fee's 160, but in my case they charged me 250 which was all the money I had. Please update your website or take in consideration that for foreigners like us if we need to see a doctor, everyone will send us to afterhours clinics, so it shouldn't be anything new at this point and it's useful to know how much we're *actually* gonna be charged. Thanks

The receptionist, nurse & doctor that looked after me at 4am last night were all so attentive & kind. Whilst I was there other patients were also treated in the same timely manner. Even though upon hearing how much of a busy and eventful night they had, the nurse and doctor both treated me in a relaxed tone and were both so helpful with any questions I had. Also being treated with medication I hadn’t used before, the nurse was attentive in staying with me and showing me how to use it. I was quite anxious having to go to a late night doctor & left feeling so much better & not just because of the medication but also the way I was treated. Thank you so much for the team who was on last night. You hard work and love for your jobs doesn’t go unnoticed.
