Came in here the other night feeling very, very average. Dr. Jessa Ostrom, and her team of lovely ladies (Bronwyn in particular) did a great job of making me feel at ease and I am very thankful for their help, care and effort. Still feeling much better and working on making the lifestyle changes needed.

I had to take my 4 year old around 5am this morning to be seen. We are from out of town. This was by far the best experience I have had at an A&E. We were Triaged within a reasonable time and seen very soon after by the doctor. Both the nurse who did the Triage and the doctor were awesome. They were thorough and showed real care and concern. They were very kind to my child and listened to my concerns. There was no cost due to being a weekend and my child's age. Very pleased with the experience and outcome. Thank you!

I went in this afternoon and the staff were amazing. It ended up taking about 3 hours all up, first to be seen and then have bloods done as well as an X-ray but great experience from start to finish. The doctor took her time to speak to me and examine be and it didn’t feel rushed. Overall was 10 out of 10.

Has been highly understaffed every time I have been. Be aware when you go here you are fine with an 3-6 hour wait-time, especially during busy hours, honestly going to the hospital is probably faster, and more efficient than here and that says a lot. As for service its okay, feels rushed and at the end of it all you pretty much get handed a bag with paracetamol then send you off. You probably will have a to pay bills when you come, more if your older, and whether or not you need an x-ray, sometimes it can be totally uncalled for email/mail saying I need to pay a $120 bill for no reason? Poor communication.

We have always had fast turn around time there. For myself, kids and husband on seperate occasions for all different kinds of medical assistance needed. Xray team was good. Doctors was polite and listened. Front staff at check in was patient and helpful too. This is for the last 8 years and counting, will refer any of our friends and family there.

I purely gave a 1 star because I brought my 7 year old in with SOB and Chest Pain, the nurse had said she would get us seen asap because of his WOB and wheeze, after 2 hours of waiting I ask the old lady at reception when would we be seen she replied the nurse had not escalated us to be seen as a priority I explained what the nurse said in triage, I was then told she would ask the nurse when she could, 20mins later I had to ask reception again! After 3 hours of waiting the doctor was very fast and acted within 2 mins of being seen then sent us to hospital.. the fact it took more then 3 hours thing could have taken a turn and that should be addressed because it's not good enough

Went in there because I cut my finger open, there was a lot of blood! But the reception and nurses took care of that straight away which I was extremely thankful for. However I think they need better communication, I was told I could keep the bandaging on during my X-ray but when I went through to get it done I was told to take it off, she stated “they shouldn’t be telling you how I do my job” I don’t care for their work place drama but I thought her attitude was very forward and made me feel extremely uncomfortable… I asked to keep the bandaging on due to the amount of blood that was pouring out of my finger and I was very understanding that she was only trying to do her job. She seemed to get even more mad that I didn’t want to take it off, which escalated to me having a panic attack and a break down because I felt forced. Everyone else (reception, nurses and the doctor) were all amazing to me and made sure I was comfortable and attended to straight away, my only problem was with the lady who did the X-ray. As her job is to assist, make us feel comfortable and run the X-ray through smoothly without any discomfort. This was not the case.

Have been to this clinic when it’s busy and when it’s not. Helpful and efficient staff. Triage process is there to determine priority of who gets seen by the Doctors first. Wait time display seemed reasonably accurate but be prepared to wait as long as it takes

For urgent care. Still there will be waiting …. Waiting…waiting…. wait until your chance come. Not only this clinic. All over New Zealand this is the condition, because of poor health care service according to the demand. Currently , at this pandemic all healthcare services and the entire health care team working hard to provide better service but my personal opinion is that it is much better if the Government give more attention in healthcare service.

Big, and busy. Sometimes the wait time can be ridiculous, in the order of many hours. It's expensive too. The doctors and nurses are lovely, though they seem to be run off their feet. Due to its size they receptionists have to deal with all comers, so the waiting area can be a bit rough. It's always open. Parking is tight and often full close to the entrance. There are related services in the same building complex, which is convenient.
