   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a severe asthma attack and was treated by Dr Alia Al-Beer at Henderson White Cross. She was incredibly professional, calm, and caring during a very stressful time. She took my condition seriously, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. I’m very grateful for her quick response and compassionate care. Highly recommend Dr Alia Al-Beer to anyone needing urgent or ongoing medical support.

   Staff very friendly and Nurses amazing.. But Doctors experience need improved.. I had joint inflammation and swelling. They only prescribed one medication, blood test and told me to come back in two days if it didn't work or if it got worse. I took the medication for two days at home, but it didn't reduce the inflammation or swelling; it only relieved some of the pain. But it still a lot of pain can't sleep. At the end, I had to go to my GP clinic to get the problem resolved!

   Doctor Simon Vari is the best practitioner our family has ever experienced in urgent care. He works exceptionally well with Māori whānau. He's relatable, clinically sound, kind, and consistently professional. His time management is fantastic, yet he always makes sure the patient feels heard and never rushed. He’s a genuine doctor who goes above and beyond, even stepping in to do nursing tasks like removing casts when the team is busy. He’s humble, compassionate, and his care is obvious in every interaction. When my son had his cast removed, Dr. Vari even did a little arm-wrestle with him, clearly a clinical check, but done in a way that fully engaged my son in the consultation. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make such a huge difference. We’ve always felt valued, understood, and well cared for under his practice. He truly is outstanding. The reception are great too and nurses! Thank you to everyone!!!

   Doctor is super efficient and we have come to this one twice. Its the older one at the night time hours. He found an issue with my son that another doctor couldnt tell. When we went starship he was spot on. Also another issue when my son got a deep cut usually the nurse does it but he did the bandaging himself. Just an awesome dude.

   Had a great experience at the white cross!! I have really bad anxiety and was having some health concerns, they handled it so well, did tests that needed to be done, wait time was pretty good too for how late in the night it was the doctor on shift was amazing aswell as the nurse!!! If I knew their names I would name them as it was the best I have been treated by healthcare providers in a long time.

   Everything is worst until you meet the doctor. Of course doctors do their job but the wait time sucks, visited twice in last few months around 10 pm, got my turn after 5 hrs..crazy

   A complete rip off. 3 hour wait forc10 min consult. $130 + $28 for writing a script. Fees were not clearly visible. I am 76 on super and only used them for convenience because my doc was a away for a few days. Avoid if you can.

   We have our usual doctors but can never get in within a timely manner. So white cross has always been our backup. I'm greatful for all medical practices and what they do, but I am sick and tired of the poor service and the ridiculous waiting times here at this White Cross. I sat with my son for 4 hours and 40 minutes when I was told there would be a 3 hour (max) wait. We had to leave without seeing a doctor because I had other places to be. I couldn't wait anymore. I was already an hour late to work. Keep the consultation fee. Its the last time I'll be wasting money here. This place has consistently gotten worse over the years. It's a literal s*** show. I'm embarrassed for them.

   DOES NOT DERSEVE ANY STARS AT ALL! WORSE EVER MEDICAL PLACE! Took my daughter who was very sick and I gave the receptionist my contact number as it was under my partners number our daughters details. Waited in the car for hours just for them to call my partners phone who wasn’t with us at the time and not my contact number that I gave (4 hours waiting). So myself and my daughter had to wait again and 4 other patients who came after us were seen by the doctor (this is 5 hours waiting for the doctors now). I asked the receptionist how long and she kept implying “soon”. It took almost 6 hours even though I was told when we arrived it will take at least 4 hours to see a doctor. This hasn’t been the only worse experience I’ve had here, I’ve had to many and so as other families and friends who have been here. When are things going to change? This is an on going issue and this should be addressed with upper management and those in charged. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED! Something needs to change! It shouldn’t take hours to see a doctor especially in a place where we have the resources. DO BETTER!

   I have been here twice in the last 2 months with my baby who is 7 months old. The first time I waited 5 hours to be seen by a doctor here. I sat and watched as people who came after me were then seen before my child. They were not emergency patients as one lady had a rash and the other was coughing. Both people were white. I have just come home with my daughter after waiting hours again to be seen by a doctor. I watched as a couple with their baby who arrived just as I was parking my car, spoke to receptionist and was seen in 45 minutes by the doctor. I looked around the room and there were 4 babies waiting to be seen I turned to a Samoan couple next to me and asked how long they had been waiting. She said 3 hours. 3 bloody hours!!!! Again the couple that was seen before them was white. This place is the most racist doctors I have been too.. also making babies wait hours on hours to be seen. Never again will I go to this place and I plan on complaining and taking this further. Disappointing! Do better White Cross
