You made my mother wait 2 hrs because of your own incompetence to send a medical cert to her employer during her last appointment after she fractured her wrist. Useless. I'd give you less if I could.
I went on friday morning, reached at 7.46am and saw a long que. There was probably 15 people in front of me. Was my first time there. I had to come here bcuz my gp gave me 2 weeks from now appointment and i need to see doc urgently for my bad cough. I always had a long wait experience with any local doctors before so you'd understand my expectation with them. I asked the receptionist how long is the waiting time and she said shouldnt be too long bcuz they have more doctors today, i sat and waited. Nurse called me after 40mins of waiting which is pretty quick i would say considering 15 peoples ahead of me ( i used to wait almost 2 hrs just to see nurse). And the nurses were very efficient and quick. I can tell they were doing their best to accomodate patients. So then i waited around 30more mins and met the doc. Doctor was very attentive and he explained every single thing that i should know about my pain which im so happy about. I know everyone wont be always having a positive experience there but atleast im glad mine was smooth when i know i came while being very sick. Thanks to the entire team, worked really well!
Couple week before I went to see Doctor and Dr bahuriwala is worst doctor at brown road. He told me without confirming anything,you drinking too much stop drinking. I told him off and said I never drank alcohol in my life and he changed his toned and ooo ok.No apologies for being unprofessional . I requested to get all whole body test and I didn't get any feedback from doctors until 3 months. Don't consult Dr Bahuriwala if you go local doctor.
This place deserves to be shut down honestly. The wait time is ridiculous and unprofessional. Waited five hours after being told three times that it was an hour and half wait time. This places doctors are also so rude and denied me for a medical certificate for ACC because “ this is a urgent care centre” most of the reviews are of the same thing get better staff and more staff.
Should close clinic if you don't have doctors, what is point wasting time telling people to go and try other clinics. Complete waste of time.
Useless!! everytime we show up first just to be seen after the 20+ people that show up after us. 2+ hour wait to see the nurse usually not including the time to see a dr. How do I make a formal complaint? You don't even deserve the one star rating you have received right now
What a long wait today, and only 1 doctor on with a waiting room full of people waiting to be seen. Some people left with their sick babies cause it took so long. Nurses A+ service, and receptionists, mind you I decided to go have lunch and went back in befor 2pm and was told I should've reported to the front desk I was back. I'd been there since before 11am and didn't get to see the doctor till after 4pm
Local doctor here you know it get busy but you got to be patient we both waited for 2hours to see the doctors on Sunday the receptionist are doing a awesome job.just have to be patient.
