I've never had a bad experience. Doctors and nurses are always great and seem to genuinely care. The reception/nurse team always make sure I get an appointment for myself or my daughters when needed. They are great. I'm so surprised by all the bad reviews and think most are probably the patients own errors.

I have recently enrolled at Rolleston Central Health and during my visits I have been impressed by the professionalism and high level of care provided. I have suffered from undiagnosed pain for many years under other doctors at different medical centres. Dr Jonathan Todd at RCH assessed my condition and organised immedate testing with treatment now planned. He has helped alleviate the stress of this situation with prospects of a good outcome. Thank you Dr Todd. I always find the RCH staff to be very helpful polite and caring. Gordy.

Rolleston Health Centre provides outstanding service. The reception staff are always friendly, polite, and flexible when it comes to booking appointments, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. Their communication is excellent and professional. The nursing staff are highly qualified, skillful, and caring, making every visit reassuring. Truly a five-star experience.

If it were possible to give a 0 star rating I would. Had an appointment booked earlier today and the nurse called me in 30 minutes late. What I had intended to be a straight forward appointment ended up being unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming. English is my second language and the interaction was a far cry from what should feel like genuine health care service. I had asked if it was possible to complete a general health check and get some bloods done. She agreed that we would go through the screening questions first then get the bloods done. After going through the screening questions she said I needed to book with the doctor to get bloods done which I know is incorrect as general health check ups are done through the nurse AND she had done the first part so I did not understand why she could not proceed to do bloods - seemed like a money grab opportunity to me. When I came to the front, the receptionist said I needed to pay $160+. After going back and forth with the front staff (who were helpful and understanding though there is one receptionist who has a patronising tone and is the most difficult person to talk to) I paid $40 - the correct amount for the consultation. I'm unsure how the bill came to be more than $160. It seems very unlikely that this was a genuine mistake considering the unpleasantness of the whole experience from start to finish. May I suggest further training for some of the nurses and that one receptionist. Training in basic customer service skills, human health care as well as integrity.

Over an hour wait to see the nurse. When I approached the reception they looked confused and offered no explanation. They disappeared for another 10 mins. At which point I had to leave. No apology, no excuse. Shambolic display of patient care. Iβve had similar experiences but never reviewed before. But had to now. What makes it worse is Iβd leave the practice if there was another one on offer but there isnβt. Be safer referring myself to Dr Google! Just awful!

If I could give negative stars I would. My partner has been back and forward with a doctor here for the better part of a year with no solutions and told to go home with extremely bad pains. Finally was referred to have an X-ray at the hospital 3-4 weeks ago. No results provided STILL after multiple phone calls to follow up aside from a nurse call today saying βit may be a serious condition but I canβt read the notes so I donβt actually know.β Terrible service would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Ever. Waste of time and money, avoid if you can.

My wife took my son for check since he had been unwell for couple of weeks. Seen through respiratory clinic , the nurse treated was kind and treated them well but the doctor treated them like they were on interrogation instead of seeking medical attention. Even though my wife is a health personnel she felt like she needed my son to be seen for reassurance incase there was something seriously wrong with him. They both came home upset with the experience.

Always have a lovely experience with my GP here. Listens to my concerns and we work through the best options! Always friendly and willing to help. Only reason I wonβt give it 5 stars is because receptionist is rude at times. Understand your job is full on as it is a very busy place, but thereβs no need to be rude for no reason!

I have never ever seen a very unprofessional and rude receptionist in my entire life. I was not well and i did not know that i need to book an appointment through online. I was asking about the process and if i can book an appointment with her or only online? But, she did not even look at me, doing her own stuff and said βNo itβs late nowβ? Late for what????
