Their website mentions that they do walk-ins, as confirmed by their central call center. I got there at 1pm, waiting area was completely empty, only to be told that their "walk-in doctor" finishes at 2pm. Okay, I checked with them it's just 1pm as per the clock, to be told that the doctor doesn't take patients after 1.15pm. But it is 1pm, I said with disbelief, only to be told that the walk-in doctor already has a patient for 1.15pm, (who might be the invisible type? as there was literally nobody in the waiting area). The low reviews are completely justified!

LA “LA Abadilla” Abadilla ★★★☆☆
m new to this clinic. The receptionists were speaking in their own language. I asked for their help since I’m not familiar with the place. They did assist me, but after answering my questions, they started laughing together, which made me feel like they might be talking about me. There were also times when they didn’t respond and just kept themselves busy on the computer, leaving me standing there for a while. The nurses are really great and approachable. The Doctors are non chalants. Need to be more empathetic and able to explore more with their patients.

I usually came to this centre and everything has been smooth and easy,Dr. Ermal is one of his kind, empathetic and supportive... Not to mention the lack of customer service of some receptionists, in recent appointments I have not been able to find appointments with him and need to book with someone else, she Dr. Wasantha Waidyasekara she is unapproachable, she doesn't listen what you have to say, always rude and unkind, even when I book this appointment by recommendation from an ED Dr. To check some concerns with my GP. "Totally unworthy" she said to me for going to ED in an Episode of Sever Allergic reaction! The consultation lasted less than five minutes. She only provided me with a prescription “in case it happens again” and then asked me to leave and close the door as she had a family call to answer, cutting the appointment short. I left the consultation feeling unheard, without the opportunity to clarify my concerns, and with the impression that my case was not taken seriously.

Not a good experience! Planned to transfer to this clinic because I felt my previous GP changed a bit now. So I decided to move to this clinic. First there’s a couple of receptionist and one of them have a long face and not really approachable, but the other receptionist is fine. You don’t get a feeling of your welcome and happy to assist you. The nurse who sees me me is really great and very helpful. Then the doctor who sees me is a bit loud. I felt like he’s on a rush. No details of my concerns are been explained. I need to ask What, Why and How. Which is I guess they should explain those things. This is the reason why I left my old clinic because I don’t get to see the doctor explaining the concerns that I have. Will never ever coming back to this clinic again! They could do a better service for all the patients.

I thought I was the only driven to tears by this place but reading other reviews at least I know it’s not personal, the place gives disgraceful service to all. Need to make an appointment but told next 2 days fully booked but come back after 2 days and no we won’t make an appointment. I went in rather than rang as no one has EVER and I mean EVER answered the phone (last call I was on hold 25 minutes before suddenly being cut off). After 2 days, no there are no appointments and no we can’t give you a script to hold you over. I asked what happens as if I don’t have my meds I will have seizures, but it was ‘oh sorry but nah’. Ended up going to emergency care and paying $125 for small script. You need to see your own doctor I was told, that’s great advice if you can bloody well get a bloody appointment. Feeling humiliated, stupid and depressed. It’s the next week and no one’s answering the phones again for an appointment after 25 minutes holding. Why not put on the answering machine “just don’t bother ring, your health is effed”

Reception & Doctors are super useless. Reception lies about doctors being fully booked, and doctors have attitudes when you manage to get seen. Nurses are the only good thing about these doctors. They actually care about the patients. Reception just sit around talking about patients and doctors like nobody can hear them.

This a walking in clinic and open till 5pm from the morning, yet even if you go before 11am you would not be able see a doctor. I went yesterday afternoon because the Mt.Roskill Local doctors one said that they can't have me, they asked me to come today morning. I went in the morning but they are saying doctors are having a meeting. What nonsense, my energy, money & time all wasted and I am sick too. Most of the walking clinics of Local doctors have the same issue. Really bad service.

To long the walk in wait time 5-20 minutes, the other Medical Centre in Royal Oak I used to go to you had to book ahead at least 3-5 days. Just kidding I only negative review this so less people go here and so I don't have to book ahead 2-5 days. They are the best Medical Centre I have ever used. The Meet and Great by the Medical Reception is the best, they need extra staff as they are run off their feet. Overall do not go here so I get preferential treatment. The other person who gave a negative rating needs to be locked up in a mental asylum; next time they show up here the GP needs to make sure they are referred to be locked up and given electroshock treatment because they are insane. As for the other negatives you should check what the diagnosis is and whats prescribed yourself anyway, no one is perfect even AI makes mistakes its human to err even a GP only speculates what is wrong and what is prescribed. The Chemist is the one who should be making certain the GP prescribed correctly.

Changed from GI to here and I can tell the difference at the reception already. One of the receptionists was so friendly and helpful. Wait is still long but it's expected. Dr Mansoor is very patient and thoughtful. I was going to see a female doctor for my woman's problem but it didn't make me less comfortable with him. My husband also saw him for the second time and both times were pleasant. We will probably change our GP to him now.
