   I've already visited this A&E a few times and every time the receptionist, nurses and doctors were great and they worked at the highest speed possible to serve as many patients as possible. So when you have to wait for a doctor an hour or so it is only because there are another 20-30 people waiting at the same time and not because anyone is mucking around. Your first consultation with the nurse will be very early after you come anyway, so the triage is done very early and they know the priorities. Mornings are even faster when not that many patients are around. Today in particular was lighting fast. In about 15-20 minutes I went through the whole process (reception, nurse, doctor, Southern Cross application, and I've got my meds from the Farmacy across the road). Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Lize Upton was very kind and professional. Thank you

   Rude and brash XRay staff lady. While the receptionist was quick and polite and asked us to wait. We went for a walk-in xray referred from another clinic in Sunnynook. While we were waiting the X Ray lady said from the reception - ‘you have some more information which you aren’t sharing. Show me what else have you got in your files’. Instead of this she could have directly asked for the medical records number or purpose of the xray to us. Just the overall behaviour was rude and unprofessional and even felt disrespectful. It costed around 110 NZD for the xray.

   I had an amazing experience here. It was emergency situation for my 18 months old , head injury. Nurse was just amazing to help crying baby and calming me down. I felt understood and comfortable. Doctor was great and they comforted whole family. They are doing good job in following up too. Great emergency services. Thank you guys.

   All staff there are so friendly and welcoming. The after hours doctors and nurses do and amazing job and are so kind. The doctors themselves are great I have seen 2 different doctors now and each time I have felt listened to and had my questions answered. 10/10 It’s always an enjoyable experience when I go there

   I feel like the male asian looking receptionist needs training on how to deal with clients. Felt like he doesn't love his job and he just hated it whenever you ask or approach him even if you ask him nicely. The female xray tech is quite rude as well. Other receptionist were very welcoming to approach with.

   I had an Accident related visit to Whitecross Glenfield on Saturday July 1st. Everyone from the Receptionist , & Dr Xu to the lovely nurses Jan, Amy & Christy were very professional and kind. The wait time was just over an hour & I was kept informed of my place in the queue. I would have no hesitation in visiting Whitecross again should the need arise.

   Drs have been great, for myself and my kids when we've needed urgent care, the clinic is clean and comfortable, exepected long waits. Have only had problems with rude receptionists and the competence of some of the nurses, one particular instance, where another patient with the same first name, had her notes and symptoms taken by the nurse and put against my health record! and mine against her name! So when i finally got to see the doctor, he was treating me for the completely wrong condition! The doctor was not happy when he realized!

   Went there for after hours care. Nurse Michelle was fantastic and thorough, providing a follow up phone call the next day. The doctor was very thorough and great with sick children. The only down side was the attitude of the receptionist, she clearly didn't want to be working.
