   Have reluctantly returned here multiple times as it is close to my house but will now go out of my way as it is not worth it. Have turned up 40ish mins after a doctor has sent a script multiple times and it is still not ready. Have been spoken to rudely on multiple occasions. Have been told to wait for a text for scripts being ready, even though they are for a sick baby so need to get it and get home! On the occasions I have waited for the text, one came 2 days later, one about a month later saying it was going back on the shelf if I didnt pick it up.

   This review shouldn’t come as a surprise to you guys. My experience with Life Pharmacy, and specifically this branch, was extremely frustrating. I ordered a tablet online at a lower price than the store retail price. The original store ran out of stock and directed me to re-order from another branch that had stock, assuring me I’d be refunded. When I tried to order again, the website showed “out of stock.” I then called this branch, and they confirmed they had stock. I asked if I could get the online price, and they told me to come in so they could check. After traveling nearly 30 minutes during my lunch break, the staff at the counter told me the product was more expensive than the online price and refused to honor it. This was misleading and unacceptable. No effort was made to rectify the situation beyond the standard template response: “Let me follow up with head office.” To make matters worse, they claimed they could price match other retailers—but not their own website. I look forward lay a consumer complaint and get a resolution.

   I have been a loyal Life Pharmacy customer for years, but my experience at the Eastridge store was extremely disappointing. I returned several unopened products within a day of purchase, politely explaining my reasons. Instead of being helped, I was spoken to disrespectfully, told I “cannot change my mind,” and had my doctor’s advice questioned. Additionally, a staff member made comments stereotyping Chinese customers, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even though the return was processed, the way I was treated left me feeling judged and unwelcome. I hope Life Pharmacy takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated with respect, professionalism, and without assumptions.

   I was treated like I was invisible. I asked for two products. I wasn’t listened to and was treated rudely. I am 90 and I have a mobilty aid but I’m not stupid and don’t appreciate being treated that way. How about some customer service? It’s your job. (By Mother in Law. She didn’t have an account. It was her last trip to a pharmacy before she died. I hope the customer service has improved).

   1 star because I can’t rate lower. Charged for a repeat Prescription, funded by the government must of pocketed the $5. Rude, worst chemist in our neighbourhood.

   Did a walk-in for my second booster shot and the lady doing the bookings as well as the lady administering the vaccine were so delightful. Such a pleasure getting good service from people with excellent customer service skills. Well done ladies!
