   ive been reading the nasty reviews and to be honest, i cant relate to them. Ive been coming here since april 25 and i had emma who is on the ball and helps me so much. Even rings me at home if she needs to. Ive also had appointments with ben, another great dr who listens and also tries to come up with the right meds etc , The receptionists have been nothing but kind and respectful. If you want to join, dont listen to the negative comments.

   Worst practice in christchurch Avoid As for the cowboy at reception You are the most bitter woman I have met in my life ! The real definition of a Karen The way i was spoken to regarding a doctors appointment for my sick niece was grotty , if she was treated on monday with ABs we wouldnt have been back ! Thank god she wont ever be returning

   Took my daughter Monday, with an extremely bad cough, the nurse practitioner said “don’t feed her before bed, and that she was fine and to have 3 days bed rest” so made an appointment for the Thursday (28/08) with a DOCTOR turns out it wasn’t with the doctor and it was with another nurse, my sister went absolutely nuts cause my daughter has been cough so much that she spews! Turns out my 5 year old has had a chest infection! Since before Monday!!! So much for bed rest and not feeding her before bed right? Absolutely disgusting

   People here are unprofessional and rude. The receptionists will belittle you and make your financial issues heard from high Heaven. The Doctors are all overwhelmed and rushing you through with know Real time to lend an ear. It's crazy how bad it is depending on your social status.

   Went there with emergency toe injury. Even witout ny appointment the front staff deal the situation so nicely that i am so amazed.and the Dr. Philip frost amazing man.the nurse took extra care in dressing. Hats off to the easrcare health team.
