   I use the Dermalogica skin care and I have to say that Josie has been nothing short of amazing in terms of her diligent care, interest and dedication to finding the right products for the right job. She's very passionate about the product and she's always so pleased to help in any way she can. I would warmly recommend her. She is a real asset to this business.

   Very disappointed with the customer service I received today at Life Pharmacy Merivale. One of the pharmacists, Cindy, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came to pick up prescriptions for my family. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Fortunately, the other staff members were polite and apologetic, but such behavior from a pharmacist is unacceptable. I’ve been a regular customer for years, and this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced here.

   The staff here are so unhelpful and rude. Always standing around talking at the counter. Leaving customers standing there waiting. I was told to wait 5mins to see a pharmacist. Waited 20 then the pharmacist helped another lady. Then got told they don't do strep throat swab tests even though it says online you do. Pharmacist said she wasn't trained to do so. Left disappointed.

   I am amazed reading your reviews that clearly no staff training takes place in this pharmacy and the operator couldn’t care less about customers. I visited today only to find staff chatting behind the counter and not too concerned about me at the counter. The lack of service was topped off by me being asked, ‘ do you wanna bag?!!!! REALLY. Wake up and give some polite service. I certainly will not be returning to this pharmacy

   Go there to pick up 2 prescription medicine and wait 1 hour for it while they are giving every one else's prescription soon as they arrive. They are very much judge and service people by their look .that's what I see . Absolutely disgusting.

   We have spent hundreds in this store and we were booked for booster shots. My partner forgot his mask and they wouldn’t give him one. They wanted $2. We got one free at a cafe where we only spent &5 on a coffee. Genuinely just forgot it each time. I know where I’ll be returning and where not.

   My flight ticket was canceled because of them. They gave me wrong information. I must have RAT test before going to another country within 24hours. But they said it is okay to have a test if I get the test the day before. It was terrible experience ever. They are not professional and I DON'T recommend this place. I called at around 5:15pm to make an appointment for RAT Covid test on the 15th of March and the receptionist gave me WRONG information. Terrible

   Rude staff that did not want to refund a product they supplied incorrectly for a different version, very unhelpful, after demanding my rights they swapped it for me. Letting me know the staff member who supplied it was going to get torn a new one. Non funded products they rip off the Merivale community. Same product $20 cheaper elsewhere.

   Unfriendly obnoxious retail staff. All businesses I've dealt with during covid has been lovely, this is the first. The retail staff had no responses to pleases and thank yous, nor did she use any pleases or thank yous. Simply gave demands treated myseld and other customers like diseases. I wouldn't have shopped here if it isn't the only life/unichem that stocked the specific product I was looking for. Never again, would rather shop online. Every other life/unichem in Christchurch has been lovely to deal with.
