   My son was diagnosed with mixed type ADHD at age 6-years old and is now almost 11-years old. He has seen Dr Pam Jackson during this time and she has been wonderful. We feel listened to, nothing has been a problem including CHEM numbers, scripting, communication via email and communication with his G.P + any further testing that needed to be done along the way. We have found her fabulous.

   Had an appointment today and was thrilled with service recieved. Receptionist was friendly and went above and beyond blowing up balloons and playing peek a boo over her desk with our very very busy toddler! Dr Pam Jackson was very thorough, listened to our concerns, put a plan in place and made all the necessary referrals then and there! We got further in our 30 minute appointment today then we have in the last 15 months worth of GP appointments. Highly recommend :)

   I am thrilled with the examination, treatment and real attention that my son had at this specialist. Dr. Jackson was thorough, thoughtful and explained everything so well, she was so good that my son has remarked about how good this visit was several times over the past week! No one really wants to visit a doctor but the centre made that visit a great experience. Well done and thank you!

   Absolutely hopeless. Not interested in making or keeping appointments and showed no empathy towards either child or parents. Office manager was rude and did not understand even the most basic requirements of the Privacy Act. Would give zero stars if it was available

   We have had three appointments with Dr Colin Watt. He has always been professional, compassionate, and has always treated my child respectfully. My child trusts Dr Watt, which has not always been the case with other health professionals. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful.

   Waited ages to be seen, psychologist didn’t listen to my concerns refused to see past her own views on homeschooling and proceeded to blame me for poor socialising of my child. My child said I don’t like it here I want to leave. So we did very promptly. Would recommend you seek out other services for your child not child friendly at all.

   Really disappointed in this service. We were on a waiting list for close to 8months before we could get an appointment, this was after me ringing every month or so and as soon as we got to our appointment they cancelled on us as we were in the waiting room. I was told I would be contacted the next week for a new appointment...I wasn't. I rang again and finally got a new appointment 10 weeks after what was meant to be our first appointment. The day of our appointment arrives and what do you know they cancel again but this time with 2 hrs notice. I understand things happen but this process can be very daunting for children and also their families. The communication was poor and lack of empathy. I was meant to get a call back about a new appointment but never did. After talking to my GP we have decided to go elsewhere.

   If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I was referred by my GP for my daughter to see Lee Hector-Taylor. No one contacted me so I rung reception to make an appointment following my referral. Receptionist was one of the rudest people I have spoken to, cutting me off saying someone would contact me. Waited another 2 weeks and then rung again and reached out to Lee directly. Again, rude receptionist and response from Lee was I would be contacted. Now 6 months on and have taken my money elsewhere. No common courtesy from anyone to follow up, rude to deal with. Find somewhere else to go!!
