    I went to your store and approached the till at the fragrance department to make a payment, as the till was available. I chose that till because the queues at the other two cash registers were very busy. The staff member was arranging fragrances on the cabinet and pointed me toward the other tills. I explained that I would prefer to pay here since the till was available. Although he eventually served me, he appeared annoyed. I mentioned that there is no point in having a till in that department if customers are not allowed to use it. The interaction reflected poor customer service and a lack of proper customer service training.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the fragrance counter today around 3 PM. One of the ladies working there was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I showed her the products I found on the website, she told me that neither of the two perfumes was available — yet I later found them myself on the shelf. When I tried to test other fragrances, she clearly did not want to assist me. Other customers were able to call her away easily while I was left waiting again and again. Even when she finally handed me a tester, her attitude was impatient, and she turned her back and walked away immediately. I felt very uncomfortable and stressed, and I strongly believe her behaviour was discriminatory. This experience made me very upset, and I hope the store takes this matter seriously.

    I recently visited this store with my 15-year-old daughter, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the terrible customer service we received. Many of the products had no visible prices, so my daughter had to ask a staff member in the back, who provided her with one price. However, when she took that information to the front counter, another employee quoted her a much higher price. When she relayed the different prices, the first staff member's response was untruthful, and then a third employee offered yet another price. At this point, I intervened and asked them to clarify their story. What was even more frustrating was that they were speaking to each other in their own language, which made us feel excluded and unwelcome. Their attitude was extremely rude—they practically implied my daughter was lying, which was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Furthermore, the way they treated her because of her age was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. No customer, especially a young girl, should be treated with such disdain and disrespect. This experience has left a very negative impression of the store, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and staff training in the future.

    If the company cannot match price or just doing fake advertisement then just say that. They have to go through 3 managers to match the $0.59 price while I have been getting this price for 6m. This whole process is not only taking 20min while I have a crying baby. The lady is trying to say I am aggressive after I told her 3 times I have been getting it for many times and she doesn’t listen. And threaten to not service me. I deal with customers I know how it is. I generally ask her to print the policies she didn’t ! Neither the company is teaching the staff to be cheap and mean. Or the company didn’t train the staff properly . Or they make it long on purpose to make customer walk! Totally disgusting!

    terrible and rude service by Rhea really had an attitude, on 19/8 was laughing at me through the whole purchase process it was blatantly obvious as she stared at me couple times and had a good giggle so i want management to explain whats so funny and is this how you treat people is this the training you provide? or was she laughing at the way i look? disgraceful and appalling this is the standard is it ?

    Lovely store. I went in to exchange a perfume with a broken lid. They had none on the shop floor but Paris went out of her way to do a really decent look around to find a replacement. Such an asset to the store! Thanks for the amazing service!

    Purchased dietary supplements from in store but checked pricing and stock around Auckland. Sylvia Park was the only branch that had the product in stock at $69.99; Went into the store and the prices was $72.99. I asked the checkout if the price was right for the product and she was courteous while checking the online pricing I showed. Seemed like a conflict between the online store and in store prices but the staff were friendly enough to handle the situation straight away. Good service.
