   Bad service and even worse staff. Went in to try and sort a prescription and was met with confrontation and anger. Lady with the deep voice and short hair clearly had an issue with the works, highly do not recommend

   One of the ladies here seemed nice, but the other with darker hair was so extremely rude to me, and seemed agitated by questions I was asking her with my prescription. I told her the way she spoke to me was unacceptable and she pleaded on how busy she was and that she had no time for my questions. She should go look for another career where she doesn’t have to talk to anybody. Do not bother with this lady

   Very poor service. Pharmacy of making money from sick. They asked me to come next day for a prescription medication. I decided to go another pharmacy. Being money minded instead of returning the prescription sheet they processed the rest of prescription as they charge $5 for every prescribed medication. Only reason I came to this pharmacy was because it was close to doctors. I knew they would charge for prescription, however since I was going to another pharmacy (chemist Warehouse) I would have got the whole medication for free. Couldn't really argue there as I was sick so just decided to pay and get out of there. Not visiting that pharmacy ever again.

   Don’t know why the grumpy old lady who sits at her desk even bothers going to work bad customer service skills and maybe needs to do a refresher course on how to speak to people

   Poor service. Owner grumpy and insisted on charging me for funded prescription meds because I had not returned business for a couple of months. Will never come back here for prescription meds or other products or services if I can avoid again.

   Past experiences have been good, not great. But, tonights experience warrants a one star. Had six prescription items costing $5 each, yet was charged $35. I know I was sick, but not that sick. The pharmacist also asked me to pay first, which for me was also a first. It made me think she thought that I couldn't pay for it. Truly bad.
