   The call centre was terrible, the phone line from their end is crackly and very low quality and the lady who picked up sounded like she was sleeping and was the least helpful when i asked to book an appointment for an ultrasound. I basically got denied the service as one branch was ‘closed down’ and the other branch only does one certain type of ultrasound but i was referred to horizon by my gp specifically because they did offer the service i needed, after she stayed silent on the phone and yawned. Please change the call centre lady as i have seen previous reviews on her bad service on here, not just me.

   The worst place we have ever been to. Not a friendly place to walk into. Very unfriendly place very dull place.The reception was most un helpful. We ended up walking out, until we talked to the hospital that sent us there. We went back and had wait for hour an quarter. Not impressed with horizon Northcote.

   They called me on behalf of the hospital to let me know about an appointment they booked for me. As I was driving I asked if she could send the details to my email but she said that will send a text message the day before the appointment (that was 10 days after the call). I insisted to send them just right after the call to my email (I provided the email again) as I wasn't sure what this scan was about and she agreed. But, nothing happened after the call and the day before the appointment I received a text message stating only the address and time of the appointment but not mentioning the type of scan or the preparation for it. Therefore, I needed to search on their website and find the preparation for the study. I see the messages that Auckland Radiology Group sends to their patients and are way better and more complete than Horizon Radiology. So, maybe if you can decide, book with them.

   With all my 3 pregnancies i had many cancelled appointments, one time they even booked me under a different persons name and i had to reshedule. It is hard to book appointments since i work on weekdays and have to ask for days off just to come to a ultrasound appointment that had been cancelled. I don't know why i kept giving this place chances.
