Absolutely awful experience. Every time I need to see the doctor it is always a week away. None sense. I moved out and never regretted.

I called to get appointment and was not good experience, then when i was with the doctor, he is searching for information using AI as he said that he doesn't know and then he sent messages to someone asking for help as he said that he dont know about my symptoms. I was in pain and sickness and really heart breaking to see a doctor, paying so much money and hearing from the doctor that he dont know. I was crying when i went home, because i dont know what to do with the pain. Please try to understand that we come to see a doctor to get some kind of remedies. Thanks for a lesson I learnt that day

It used to be worth paying TRIPLE the amount that nearby GPs charge, but not anymore. I only use them to renew prescriptions and it’s an absolute ball-ache every time. If I go in to see the doctor- I wait 30+ minutes after my scheduled appt, go in for less than 5 minutes to say “hi I would like to keep taking the prescription that I HAVE to take” and pay $67. If I try to do it over the phone, reception will tell you to expect a call at anytime for the next 3 days… if you happen to not answer the call (idk maybe you have a job or something) then your back to square one. You call reception back again and they say “wait for the nurse to call you”. This can continue FOR DAYS. Then you still have to go in to the physical clinic to pick up the piece of paper and pay $30. Why can’t they sort out getting payment any other way? Idk, but every 90 days it’s a nightmare. Not worth the premium price.

Friendly and helpful staff with a good range of services available. I required an ECG heart check and was pleased that this was offered in house, so I did not need to go further afield. There is an adjacent pharmacy which is a convenience. The Karaka shopping precinct offers good parking.

Front staff needs to be changed, she is either naturally extremely rude or partial with some communities. Hope she gets retirement soon, because written complaints don't land into management’s ears.

My family and I am new to area and my three year old unexpectedly became really unwell. The receptionist (Jenny I think?) Got us in immediately despite being stretched thin/booked out. He was put straight on antibiotics for an infection and there was no mucking around. Awesome nurses and staff here. Highly recommend.

Elderly receptionist is absolutely rude! Being a family health place you would think their employees would be friendly and polite especially if the first thing you see are the receptionist. On initial visit my wife went in for a well being check up after having our baby and decided to have a wound on her finger looked at while we were at the doctors. The lead doctor on hand requested that a nurse see to my wife's finger with a nitrogen application. It was odd that the lead doctor didn't feel capable or qualified enough to use the nitrogen stick and neither did one of them mention that there would be a fee for applying the nitrogen on my wife's finger. It was not till our baby's 2nd vaccination visit did the receptionist tell us we have outstanding fees. We were shocked as this was not mentioned in our initial visit and consultation with the doctor. Communication and Friendliness seems to be the downfall for this clinic. Very sad as it has potential to be such a great family health facility in the Karaka community. Nurse Anna Mulloy is the only reason we return - she is so great when dealing with our little one and takes her time when consulting us.

Daughter was sick and managed to get an appointment in the morning. Surgery was very neat, staff were pleasant and friendly, the nurse was just great and made my daughter feel so comfortable. Great Surgery
