   Takes 5 phone calls to get through not even the app can provide a date for an over phone consultation. Once you do finally get through your told to ring back next day see if any video consults are available or told next available appointments is 15 days away- at which point I’ll ever be clear of illness or in hospital with pneumonia! And we pay for this service ?

   I guess I need to look elsewhere for a medical centre. Actually trying to get an appointment has become a major task. They use the app MyIndici and it only provides a virtual appointment reservation and with my doctor, I would need to wait approximately 1 Month. Used to be able to book an "in person" appointment through the app but that functionality has gone. Trying to phone in for an appointment and you just wait in a phone queue constantly being harassed by the automated system and then to be disconnected.

   On their website it states that you can book general appointments without being registered, it even had the pricing list, I was happy to pay this. I called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone advised me I cannot make a booking because I am not registered, I said it states otherwise on the website but she did not seem to care. She said I had to go in first before making a booking but tomorrow is my only day off during the week so I needed an appointment tomorrow. Called Rototuna Family Health Center and they booked me in for tomorrow and just asked me to come 30 mins earlier to set up registration! So good! Haven't dealt with northcare before but you should aim to make things easy for your clients and I did not feel that the customer service was delivered to an appropriate standard

   Would not recommend.Waited two weeks for appointment to have it cancelled and the second appointment a week later I rang to say that I was running late by ten minutes to be told if you are more than 7 minutes late they cancel appointment.but the last two times I had to wait 15 minutes and 20 minutes. Like this fair. Will be changing Medical Centres
