   I asked to see a doctor not enrolled or anything haven’t been to a doctor in years for myself thinking awesome I’ll be welcomed but NO receptionist was a complete rude unhelpful woman big glasses served with a dirty grin made me feel like a piece of you know what. No proper advice or help given this was today about 11:30 so which woman was on at that time broooooo such rude service you actually need training in customer service and how to treat people with care and compassion and at least ask us questions. RUDE. I’ll never go there or send my whanau to you guys and I’m Māori too

   I must express my disappointment regarding my appointment today with Dr. Christine. The scheduling process was quite lengthy, and I had clearly communicated the purpose of my visit. Upon speaking with the nurse who took my vital signs, I reiterated my reasons for the visit, as they were not reflected in my file. However, she suggested tests that I had already undergone. During the appointment, it seemed the doctor was preoccupied with the time and my age, as if I were unaware of these factors, and appeared eager to conclude the appointment. Taking time off from work is not easy, and this appointment was not related to an illness or the flu. I had other concerns, specifically regarding pregnancy, and individuals are emotionally invested and seek support, not to be rushed from the moment they arrive. I appreciate the online information that was provided, but overall, I am very disappointed.

   DONT ENROL HERE BUT GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO WAI HEALTH INSTEAD THEY ARE WAY BETTER! Empty wait room, 3x staff in reception and not one acknowledgement. I was looking for a Maori health provider, this was certainly not it despite its name Wai Health, I waited also at the front info desk for 5mins, rung the ackward bell, staff from the local doctors clearly can see no one was attending to me and they did nothing so I left. I went across the road to a big sign saying WAI HEALTH. I was confused because the Drs I entered had the same name but tried it out, instantly on arrival I was greeted by the most inviting receptionist, given a one on one intro to their services and was warmly welcomed by Maori practioners. If its a Maori provider who caters to all - then dont go to the local doctors but walk outside and across the road. Im shocked the stark difference but i hope the name doesnt confuse anyone else like it did for me.

   DR WASAN ALTIKRITY Absolutely appalling service! 0/5 star rating! Send your elderly family members here if you want them to be ignored, taken advantage of and pay for a service they DID NOT WANT! Our 75 year old mother booked an appointment specifically for a medical certificate nothing else! She was already told by the receptionist that if she was there for more than one thing she would be charged double! Instead she was given a prescription for medication she no longer takes because the hospital specialists told her there is nothing else they can do so and that the medication was no longer helping her! She repeatedly told Dr Wasan she was only there for a medical certificate and was ignored and sent home with a prescription plus a note to winz to pay for travel when she didn’t need/want. Dr Wasan said “dedicated and passionate” and “with a passion for providing high-quality patient care” What a joke you are incompetent of simply doing as you were asked! Our mother should be fully compensated for the amount she had to pay for not providing the right service! We will now be enrolling her into a different medical centre. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS!!!

   Even when you make an appointment you don't get seen on time, the doctors are to careless with time keeping. Not to mention having to wait 2 weeks for something they could literally have just printed off for me right then and there. Idk what's going on but I'll be signing up to a different doctors office from here on out.

   My doctor is great but getting appointments done or prescriptions completed can be a real mission. they have a contact phone number that only goes through to a call centre and often they don't answer! They do not respond or reply to emails either. Because of the Dr shortage they closed my Glendene practice so that also further complicates things.
