Practice Says it opens at 8.00 am. Have serious issue and it is after 8.10 am and still being told I am ringing out of hours. Not good
Worst medial practise I’ve ever been to. We moved to Halswell and our doctors were on the other side of town (had been going there for 10 + years) so I thought it would be worth switching (especially with having 2 children under 2). Went for two appointments and the first time I was kept waiting over an hour and a half with both young kids with me and then when I was finally seen I was given unusual advice. Next time I showed up at the appointment time given at Halswell and was told my appointment was actually in Prebbleton, even though I made it very clear I only wanted appointments in Halswell, I then was told I needed to pay a no show fee for their error. Terrible service and rude reception staff, complete let down.
My doctor has been absolutely wonderful and as a patient with rare conditions, it has been reassuring that they have always been willing to learn more and keep an open mind to help me. When I have needed urgent appointments, I have been able to see someone the same day and have appreciated that they take the time ensure I get the treatment I need rather than getting brushed off and rushed out the door as I have experienced at other clinics. The clinic also deals efficiently with issues on the phones - communication between reception, nurses and doctors appears seamless to me as a patient. The receptionists and nurses on the phones have been friendly and have acted promptly to help resolve things quickly with as little stress as possible!
I love the doctors here. I find it easy to get an appointment at short notice usually, and happy to see anyone. Convenient locations, and they are usually on time.
Had the most seamless experience yesterday, Reception were fantastic and picked up the phone instantly, managing to find an appointment for me 40 minutes in advance with my GP!! Was a bit concerned it was going to be a long process as I had to go back to work, however as soon as I sat down my name was called! My doctor was incredible, listened to all my concerns and passed me over to the nurses for a blood test afterward. The nurse was so sweet and patient with me and my needle fear. Was in there about a maximum of 30 minutes and back at work within the hour. I left feeling incredibly satisfied with my consultation and that my needs were heard. Given the current healthcare climate at the moment I think it’s important to pass on this positivity and commend you guys on the fantastic job you do, I’m sure you don’t get thanked enough. Could not fault my experience thank you guys so much!
500 dollars in a year and no answers just ignored my requests thats a lot of money and i go to a public place for 5 dollars and they find out the issues and are finally doing tests for me but all i have got from here is treated like its in my head and billed for help i never got and if something has been seriously wrong with me I've just been ignored by the one place i thought i could go to and get medical help
Absolutely fantastic place to go if you want to wait 45min-1hr past your appointment time. Such a great spot to go if you want to waste your day away! Cant recommend it enough!!! Better yet when you complain about waiting they tell you you're wrong and its not their fault! Outstanding service !!!!!!!
They have a new telephone system that makes it near impossible to get through and from what I wad told the issues are ongoing. I am trying to make an appointment and keep getting cut off not the first time this has happened. Why is something that essential not being fixed?
Today I've tried to book an appointment with sore ear. Due to have no rat test at home they wouldn't give me an appointment. Not helpful.
