   My family and I drove here from out of town after a horrendous experience with a terrible, arrogant pharmacist and we are so glad we came here! Not only are the products affordable but the pharmacist who helped us was so lovely and helpful (unlike the one that was so arrogant in the town some 180km away). The pharmacist was so patient and spent so much time helping us even though she seemed quite busy, I think she was the manager but she took us to look at multiple options and explained them all so we could pick the right product Also feeling so so sorry for what they have to deal with. While we were there some horrible man was yelling at the staff blaming them for something that sounded very much like the guys own fault. And based on the reviews too. Some people really just dont understand how things work. Of course ID's have to be physical, anyone can present a digital/photo of one...thought this was common sense. Another one...it can't really be their fault if they havent got your prescription, it's your own responsibility to follow that up, how rude to expect them to do it for you. Also most companies who hire guards/bouncers source them through other companies so how is it the pharmacy's fault who they get as a guard? Shouldn't complain via a review about a guard but to the company the guard works for probably Honestly many of the people complaining about being treated like they're dumb do sound dumb... Give this pharmacy's staff a raise especially with all the idiots they seem to have to deal with yet they still provide great service. We will definitely be back and will recommend them to others

   I was given only 12 capsules on my first visit without any explanation. This meant I had to make an unnecessary second trip. When I returned, a staff member incorrectly said I needed a new prescription and to pay again. Thankfully, the supervisor resolved the issue correctly and provided the medicine. The problem could have been avoided with clear communication during the first visit.

   Had a horrible experience with this Chemist Warehouse. Usually this is my go to and have a great interaction with all the staff there, that was until I met their manager. I had a product which I had brought faulty, talked to the lovely young lady at the counter and she was unsure whether she was able to pursue the exchange, Jie the manager came back with her and was incredibly rude, had zero lack of customer service and treated me like I was dumb. Used to be a 5 start store now I it rate a 0

   Don't come here. I went here everyday here's some junk I faced which should have them shutdown, wrong dosage 2mg instead of 5mg Valium, withdrawal can cause seizures one of the only things which withdrawal alone kills the other being alcohol, amount one day I was given 56 instead of 84.... Called them and they were having trouble checking the camera I just said I don't care I'll be back in within 20 and they had it ready to go and apologized... That's a positive but never should happen in the first place and is dangerous, early prescribing and refusing to prescribe the amount the doctors had given they issued my allersoothe every 2 weeks with 4 less tablets each time I confronted them I was in the wrong I had to explain math to them... They said there was no way I could get 60 allersoothe or sertraline and that they told my doctor, my doctor said she was never told so... Any other pharmacy since right dose right days they do their job and aren't a public risk to society.

   Fair pricing and great range,staff were friendly but not happy that when I went to use Afterpay in store that the coverage was so poor I was unable to pay this way,my phone was on 1 bar and the assistant told me to go outside and try again??? The whole process was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing.

   I asked the staff for help in choosing a magnesium tablet as some if them make me vomit. They recommended Go Sleep but it gave me heartburn and I vomitted three times the first night. The health food shop said the herbs in it would have reacted with the drugs I am taking and to return it. I did so but the Chemist Warehouse wouldnt give me a refund or credit. The assistant never asked if I was taking any other drugs before recommending this product. an

   If I could score zero stars I would. Very opiniated person at the pharmacy questioning my inhalers and holding back medications thst my Dr has prescribed and questioning my prescriptions. Unfriendly, rude young girl. As soon as my repeats are up I'm never going back. I would prefer to go to a 'proper' pharmacy and pay for my prescriptions. Very very bad service.. .Never again. Shame on you Chemist Warehouse

   I get my prescriptions here and the service at the pharmacy is great! They had to contact my doctor as one of the prescriptions wasn’t available in the right dose. They did it all on the same day and it was ready for pick up a few hours later. Highly recommend them and save yourself the high prescriptions fees at other pharmacies!
