   Just had scan today and it was a good experience for me. I was previously with Allevia Radiology but had to change due to an unpleasant experience with one of their sonographers. I felt comfortable and at ease with Cathy (the sonographer) and not sure who was the lady near the reception area, she seems friendly and did help me regarding my referral form as was done incorrectly by my midwife.

   We went for our baby’s ultrasound appointment yesterday at Advance Ultrasound and were left really disappointed with the experience especially considering we paid $120. The lady we got rushed through the scan, didn’t explain anything properly, and we couldn’t see our baby clearly on the monitor. She didn’t tell us anything about the baby’s condition, only said what they were looking at taking measurements but not telling me if baby’s ok, and just sat down at the end without asking if we had any questions. We also weren’t offered any printed baby photos, which was really upsetting for such an important moment. We had been booked in from a lady I had an appointment with booked us into this place because they told us the service was better than Horizon Radiology, but sadly, that wasn’t our experience at all, I would of spent $125 at horizon then $120 at advance ultrasound I honestly regret coming to Advance Ultrasound it felt impersonal, unprofessional, and not worth the money we spent.

   I can understand the reviews about the receptionists customer service but thankfully I had a great experience. I had Maria Quin as my sonographer she was AMAZING! explained everything I needed to know, not a rushed appointment and I found comfort in her care. Really appreciated her!

   I have been to Advance Ultrasound on more than one occasion for both myself and my elderly mother. Both times my experience has been excellent. Checked in and was shown to the room by the lovely Erin and scanned by Kevin. My scan was a little scary for me but everything was explained to me and most importantly I felt I was in the hands of very experienced and professional sonographer. They do get very busy but still manage to treat you with dignity and respect and I didn’t feel at all rushed. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable . I highly recommend…. Maree V

   The whole start to end experience was seamless. After being given a 4w wait time for a CT scan via other suppliers when my injury occurred. I phoned around and had an appointment with Advance Ultrasound in 4d. Signage great, facilities spotless, staff very friendly and had a great show and tell by the radiographer of what they were seeing on the scans. Her client rapport was very reassuring. My Doctor had the report almost immediately and called me back in the evening to run though the next stage in rehabilitation. Definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon.

   Love coming to this clinic. The receptionists are always prompt and appointments are always on time whereas some other clinics I’ve had to always wait at least 10 mins past my appointment time. The sonographer Leah I think it is? Is super friendly and always makes you feel comfortable during your scans by letting you know what’s happening or what she’s looking at. The senior sonographers are the same too! I’ve been here for 3 growth scans now and it’s been a swift and easy process each time. Definitely recommend getting your scans done here if you can :)

   Had my ultrasound here a few weeks ago and I left disappointed. The sonographer, Shareni, seems cold and disconnected. If it's not the nearest ultrasound in my area, I would not come back here due to lack of compassion. Sure, you see a lot of customers everyday and everything may seem redundant to you, but remember that each customer is different so you need to show that you're really looking after them. I seem not to get that vibe from this place. And the baby ultrasound that was printed was not the best- really blurry and cut. The best one was the lady called Maureen but she's no longer there. For now I'll try to scout for better ultrasound place

   Really bad quality of pictures. So blurry and seems like they don't care as long as they print any photo. For some pregnancy is a once in a lifetime experience and you all ruin it by giving me a sorry as picture of my baby as a souvenir. Some ultrasound place have better quality and for a cheaper price. I don't know what's wrong with this place but there's no personal touch. Not recommended. I'm really disappointed. I'm going to another ultrasound where my friend recommended me- where the sonographer is nice and you can ask questions and also print you at least good photos! Don't come here

   Rating would’ve been lower had it not been for Mike who was my latest sonographer. Previously I had a lovely bubbly African sonographer (sorry I didn’t catch her name) but she put me at ease with my scans and was super lovely. For my 20 week scan I had Shareni. Very anxious as my bloods came back high risk so was eager to know how baby is. I guess my numerous questions during the scan with her telling me I’ll tell you after led me to stay quiet and let her do her job. She couldn’t get babys heartbeat as her back was facing the front so I had to come back another day (and pay an extra $35) She told me how much baby weighed and I asked is that good at this stage? She said I’ll tell you later. Once done, she filled out a form told me to follow her and took me to reception and left me there and took in her next client. I was confused and asked the receptionist if my appointment had finished. She didn’t explain my scan to me and I left even more anxious thinking something was wrong. Had my midwife the next day explain my results. Couple weeks later I came back to check babys heartbeat and Mike fully explained everything which I was very happy with. I purposely came here regardless of the expensive cost because I knew they provided an excellent service but I didn’t get that from Shareni. I put it down to running out of time as my appointment was in the evening but it’s no excuse to disregard me like that and abruptly end my appointment without giving me an opportunity to ask questions.
