   Been with them for 8 years , never given a solution to a problem and send home saying we wait for sometime and see how it goes. Most receptionist staff is rude and not friendly at all, may be they learnt from the doctors, only 1-2 doctors who are experience enough to help and one of the doctor named patel said today we dont have enough to look at your shoulder injury and examine and book for another day. Listening to my problem and at the end i was given a solution that go home and book another appointment and we will assess you. I said i am in pain and i been told call next week see if any cancellation. I was shattered inside. I didnt know doctors aint to help, they are there to make us suffer. Doctors meant to give a patient new life , i told them because of the problem i been off from work several days last month and work dont take excuse that i got an allergy. I may end up losing job or get hurt or lose my life at work. Doctor acted like she doesn’t care. Will never ever ref anyone to this clinic. 8 years been them but they never treated me well, i ignored but this time it was too much.

   Unfortunately, my experience at Clendon Family Health Centre was marred by the discourteous demeanour of two staff members. Many of times I have chosen to let it go and say nothing. But enough is enough. The older female receptionist of European appearance seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. Additionally, the older nurse, also of European appearance, was rude and condescending. While other staff members were exceptional and fostered a sense of community, these two individuals are a significant letdown. It's evident that they need to retire and reflect on their approach to patient care.

   No disrespect to the long time staff that worked alongside Dr Greg Judkins, the recent and I mean within the past year...the reception staff are not very welcoming and should try to smile once in awhile their face won't crack.

   The lady with white hair at reception is so rude. Rules apply to customers and not staff . Was told to put a mask on to enter then the other receptionist ask to take the mask off cause she couldn’t hear through the mask . The first receptionist stood behind her not saying anything. And none of them were wearing masks . Seems as though she was just trying to be difficult. Not the first rude encounter I’ve had with lady with white hair

   Rude and unwilling to help receptionists and the doctor we saw isn't as knowledgeable as you would expect from a doctor. My new doctors and previous doctors have been far better and more attentive too. Was an enrolled patient here and was turned away on two separate occassions when I was sick as they were fully booked and I was told they don't accept walk-ins. Even though this is my closest clinic, I'll happily drive the 20 minutes to my new doctors for their awesome service. Just not worth the effort here.

   Reception was rude and had no concern she just looked at her computer acting busy her name is Lorraine ( she had short copper/orange hair) if Lorraine ain't her name . Great doctors very good doctors and the other reception brown hair very lovely . Saying she is very busy ! Stupid reception good doctors , but I’d rather go else where
