His breadth of product knowledge is extraordinary and his ability to explain the differences between one product and another including comments about how they have been designed and the way in which they are intended to operate is amazing. Eric is also a great salesman and is very astute in establishing what the customer thinks they need and what they really need. “I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”

Because they have staff that are abundant , available , friendly helpful & kind ... The specials are often far better value than the others . The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . The wheelchair one may borrow suits this old biker who enjoys visiting his friends that are friends”

“A quick visit to this reasonably brand new supermarket. Lights have been added on the corner of the main road to allow ease of access by cars, etc.. Busy place, and there's a pharmacy. Car parking is tight, so take care.”
