   Rude staff..specially staff member name JUDY always being so rude… And its not just this time she always being so rude.. even last week we bought a Keri juice from Aotea Woolworth that was expired and my daughter got sick after drinking it and when I went back there to do complaints instead of apologising she was being so rude. Pathetic customer service

   Great and close for me. Place is clean, great rang of brands, fresh produce, fruits and vegetables near or at the same price elsewhere. The best moment for me was I was short like 70 cents, and this lady name Helen that works there dipped into her own money to save me going down to the car to get more money. She was friendly and helpful and didn't want me to repay her. She had a warm friendly smile and made me feel special. Made my day actually. The next time I saw her I got her a kitkat chocolate as a small but very big thank you

   Very nice Woolsworth to shop at. Rain or shine it's a great place. While in rain it has underground parking which is available for everyone. The staff are awesome with very helping nature. Always recommend to use this Woolsworth for shopping.

   Staff at countdown - especially those who are managing the self service area, not very helpful. Wasn’t very busy, and there were two ladies waiting, standing around the area. I needed assistance, and it usually sounds when to wait for assistance. I looked over the two ladies, but they both turned their backs on me. I stood for a second and no one came, turned back and they were just standing their staring at me with the most unfriendly smirk on their faces, I then asked for assistance, with one of the ladies replying in the most condescending and arrogant ways. Isn’t your job to be at people’s help and service? I was the only person at the self service check outs at the time too. My advice would be, if you don’t like your job and can’t do the bare minimum, maybe you’re in the wrong field of line. 0/10

   Just because they are small they are in an area tht is growing so I would have throught tht the supermarket would have a big range of frozen dinners not just one favor and tht is favour is not nice they do not have the range of watties frozen dinners As again I would have thought tht having lots of product's for a customer to choice tht supermarket which is close to home Well I was most disappointed in the shop and the young store manager tryed to help but he said I will look it to it and get back to you How is he going to get back in touch with me as he did not take my name or number So tht is going to be a bit hard to get back in touch with me
