   Their delivery is worst. I bought and Tv and a fridge. The delivery man refuse deliver the fridge into the house through the garage access. They opended the carbord for the fridge from outside while its heavy rain let the fridge fully soaked in water. They could bring the fridge in the box inside the garage and unbox to avoid it getting wet. I haven’t opened the TV yet so don’t know the story for that yet. Wont buy anything from this guys.

   Shannyn was amazing she gave us the best service! Very impressive. Gave us a demonstration of the vacuum cleaner going and she had an extensive product knowledge on the vacuum cleaners which made it easy to make a decision. Highly recommended

She even helps out my mom in a separate occassion, is difficult to demostrate a new bosch vaccum cleaner to an elderly who are not perfect in English. Grateful and will definitely come back again!

   Only just started shopping here and to begin with was overly impressed with how much stock they have to look at on their premises and a lot we saw we have not seen in other stores. So many different choices and good quality products and brand names. We purchased a toaster last week and we saved quite a lot on it compared to their competitors. Yesterday we walked in to buy a microwave and walked out with a Sharp fridge/freezer as well as they had a good deal on a combo buy. Staff are lovely and informative & were very patient with us, Nikita, Jarrod and the manager were very helpful overall, so a big thank-you to them. 5 ⭐️ Recently bought a Belling Fridge Freezer & SSUNIL went out of his way to look after us…We have been happy so far with all our purchases we have bought from the Outlet Store & the savings we have received. 5 ⭐️ Overall experience for this store & customer service. We look forward to shopping with them again. Can’t wait to use our purchases & will review on them at a later date.

   The products are reliable but the salespeople aren't. I bought a soundbar for my TV and I was having trouble with it so I consulted them. The person that sold me the item had no idea how to help me so he called another staff over member for help. He gave me a longwinded explanation so I thought to myself: "ok, whatever. that didn't make sense". So i did research by myself. What the staff member said was sort of true but highly inaccurate. He wasn't able to communicate his thoughts well and didn't give a rational and logical explanation. I could do his job better than he can. A simple Google search allowed me to fix the problem and helped me understand what the problem was. He was just giving me random information which he pulled out of his *ss or maybe he just misunderstood what was taught to him.
