Not impressed at all with customer service when returning faulty pillowcase. Was hung up on at the end of phone call by I think Mike was his name. I wanted to know what my options were and he told me to just bring it in and they’d see what they could do (before abruptly hanging up). So took it in today and the shop keeper gave me a new pillow case after I had requested a refund. I understand Sheridan is a “quality brand” and unlikely to have further problems, however the way I was treated was unsatisfactory. Was told “oh they have just sewed too close to the seam” it won’t happen again. No apologies or niceties. Quite contrary to when I was in purchasing items!! Do better Sheridan Outlet Wellington.
