Went there on boxing day and bought a pork, I ask the guy on the seafood section if there is any way they can cut it for me ( I dont mind paying extra ). He went and ask the guy at the back, apparently the guy at the meat section came out and look at me first and said NO considering it was very quiet and there is rarely no one inside shopping.

Good parking under the supermarket. One of those large well stocked supermarkets, with a pharmacy in store, bakery and deli. Has some take aways and a cafe on the Ground Floor

High prices and Rotting meat!!! They price gauge so much that their perishable foods go off. So much waste. I constantly see meat and milk that is reduced to clear, often expiring on the day that it is still on the shelf. Bring the prices down and there won't be so much wasted food. Very shameful

Has ended quiet hour early on some occasions, or just not done it at all. As an autistic person, quiet hour is the only time that I can shop in peace, without being overstimulated by all the sounds. Itβs quite bothersome when I go to quiet hour and its not quiet. There are often advertisements and music playing during βquietβ hour.

One of my biggest issues with this supermarket is the lack of price tags. Anywhere in the store, you can find a bunch of tags that say "This item is temporarily unavailable" for places where there is blatantly stock. Having a tag to say there is no stock isn't helpful. We can see when there is no stock. What we can't see for a lot of the items is a price until you scan your item at the checkout. Please get rid of your tags notifying the unavailable stock and instead post it as a poster in the area, if anything, you're just producing more waste. Otherwise, find a way to ensure that prices are actually listed for everything that you are selling. This is the only Supermarket franchise that I've seen doing this (and very consistently may I add), and I am tired of seeing it happen in a lower socio-economic area.

What a scam, 3 servings!!? Realy? More like 1 if lucky! Paid $11 for it and I still feel scammed.

I rate my experience on the attitude shown by the checkout operator towards me, a total stranger they may never see again . Amy was cheerful and polite and friendly and she voluntarily packed my bags. She seemed to enjoy her job and I was impressed. Thank you Amy.

I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills

Large supermarket with a great range of products. I found it clean and well organised. Fresh fruits and vegetables, deli meals, in-store bakery, and specials are some of the major advantages. There is a bus stop just in front of the main entrance, which is very convenient if you're using bus to get there or get home.
