I enjoyed visiting the store recently all thanks to the customer service! We entered the store and were welcomed by two friendly team. I had a lot of questions re a product and shout out and thanks to Daniel! He took the time to go over my many questions, knowledgeable, friendly, his customer service was 10/10 and was very much appreciated. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because we went to many shops at the mall that day and Daniel stood out among them all who offered either 0-bad customer service! Stellar service! Terrible experience. Went in on Boxing Day which is my own mistake, picked up a box for a smartwatch to take to the counter and spent 45 minutes in the line to be told that they’d sold out. I asked, given that I’d waited in line for half an hour that if I went back and found a different watch would I be able to come straight back to the counter to buy it straight away but was told I’d have to wait in line again even though their stock management was so poor that they shouldn’t have had boxes saying to take to the counter if they didn’t have them in stock.
Mitch and his team member were so helpful today while I purchased a new camera for my business. Great, friendly customer service which made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Kind, knowledgeable workers with next level customer service. Thanks Mitch & team!
I have to give a big shout out to the media guy named Max, who was absolutely incredible in getting me the Game of Thrones blu rays. He went above and beyond in his service. 10/10

I would like to recommend Sunny, the senior salesman who was attentive and genuinely great at service. The younger chaps in the store could learn a thing or two from him. They looked clueless and bored on my several visits this month to purchase a TV. I only went through with deal because of Sunny
