Moved to the area a few weeks ago. Bought a few things in The Warehouse Belfast. Staff are very friendly, including helpful security person who got me a trolley. Thank you to you all. I'm very sorry your Store is closing. With the new Rymans and more subdivisions coming we all need you. Wishing you all the best for the future.
Sad, dark, unfriendly and only 2 stars due to parking. Shelves empty and messy. Staff over the 10 years of coming to this store unfriendly and not interested. Sooner it’s closed and a distant memory the better
I came to this shop to buy a freestanding wardrobe, I couldn't find it on the shelf but it's showing online that it's in stock, however when I asked for help I was very disappointed, because staff ladies on front desk counter refused to help me and serv. Customer service is very poor. Staff are very rude Never going back again.

Just want to say I am absolutely disgusted with the way the manager treats their staff they work so hard all year round but get treated like they’re nothing, absolutely appalling. Think the top dogs need to look for a new manager for this store.
Its ok, but could do with more options in the Lego variety for children for christmas. And quite a bit of toys sold out. Good variety of christmas stuff and gift ideas. No queuing which was good and parking very good. Well laid out store with plenty of room to move and look around.
