   ​Hey Woolworths, I just wanted to flag a seriously disappointing experience at your Lincoln Road store. ​I usually love this branch—it's always so nice and tidy. But seriously, the attitude of one of your staff members was shocking! I'm talking about the blonde lady with the yellow-tinted glasses. ​She needs a huge lesson in how to treat people. The impatience and the language she used with a paying customer (me!) were just beyond the pale. ​Your job is to accommodate customers, not act like they're a massive inconvenience. I was honestly horrified that she thinks it's okay to behave that way. I will absolutely be pointing her out next time I'm in the store. Sort this out, please!

   Quite possibly the worst Woolworths. Click and collect staff super slow - why advertise a 60 min pick up if it’s not ready within the hour? Also there was pesto with a USE BY date of 27 Oct which was a month ago, I’m pretty sure that’s illegal not to mention disgusting.

   Tidy store with a wide range of products. They have fresh fruit and vegetables. Good selection of bakery food and meats. Nice team and a security guide onsite. Loads of parking spaces and easy access in and out of the area.

   My favorite Woolworths in the west. Not too big but still carries a great range. Love that the store is always fully stocked in the morning including the bakery. Staff are friendly and helpful and parking is never an issue

   Huge supermarket with largest range of consumables. Extra added extra is having the deli type areas like yogurt, cheese, butter, bacon, dips and specialized cheeses all behind fridge closed doors. Customer service is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars as they always seem to be understaffed or hanging together in groups chatting and laughing.

   Always has salad bags pressed/packed way too hard, crushing all of the leaves and deflating the package, breaking the seal of the bags. Unacceptable health violation.

   This countdown is so bad. This place really deserves nothing at all. The few staff members there are rude. The duty manager (Lisa) is also very rude, filled with attitude. She treats everyone there really bad and I’ve seen that. Tonight I tried calling countdown to speak to my partner as I’m in the hospital as it was the emergency situation but yet she said to call her on her break and that she can’t give her the phone so I couldn't speak to my partner which is really bad. This countdown need to get new staff and a new duty manager. This countdown doesn’t even deserve a one star but I ain’t a bad person so yeah. If something happens to me and I called countdown to speak to my partner and they didn’t let me speak to her then I’ll get my partner to sue them as family and health comes first. Along with those things the staff there also talks about their own staff members to different staff members in different countdowns which is not acceptable and they don’t say nice stuff they say all the rude stuff and staff there lies too as once I went to confront one staff at her checkout and what she said about her own staff wasn’t good and at the end later on she told her boss that I was harassing her, whereas I have a voice recording saved on my phone that indicates that we were having a calm conversation. But anyways that’s my worst experiences with this stupid countdown.

   This countdown has absolutely nothing, also bad customer service. I'd recommend anyone to go shop at either te atatu or even better Paknsave across the road, better deals and better customer service. will not visit this countdown again and I'll also mention to family and friends not to visit either. manager at this supermarket has zero professionalism.
