   I have never met such rude staff in a rental store in my life, one person on the floor and one at checkout. Won't be back there in a hurry.

   I loath to go into this store, especially if Lisa is serving. I can't believe she is still employed there......rude to nearly everyone. I have personally experienced this from her over the last year or so. Also I have observed her and the way she speaks or doesn't speak to others. Certainly not a friendly person to have on a public serving position. Plus I was nearly run down by her briskley maneuvering a loaded trolley down an aisle, if I hadn't have stopped suddenly and being elderly I would have been knocked to the ground. Prefer to do zero stars! . .

   I had a terrible experience with rude staff here last week. They were so rude that both the customers either side of me at the self-checkout came over to me after completing their purchases to comment on how they had heard how I was spoken to and how this particular staff member is always that rude towards customers. I had my three year old with me and it was disgusting behaviour from a mature staff member who holds such a front facing position. I spoke with the 2IC for sales who took my details and advised that a store manager would be in touch about the incident. It has now been a full week with no communication. I will not be shopping here again. Clearly the lack of customer care is a culture that has filtered down from above.

   This is the most stealthy warehouse I have ever been to, the building isn't even red¡!!!!!!!!!! Dunno if it was just the time of day or the stealthiness but it was also the emptiest warehouse for customers I had ever been in either. Still did all the warehouse type stuff with good range and decent prices. There was a bit of a wait for help but that was probably my fault for not knowing that for tech stuff I needed the staff in blue, once I got to talk to someone they were helpful and knew what they were talking about

   Great shop but hate hate hate how you have the checkouts ....so not user friendly and tends to clog up fast....families find it hard to navigate with children and I've seen littles get hit by trollies by the lack of space.

   Love the new look Warehouse, no red racks anywhere. Plenty of staff on the floor. Plenty of parking outside front entrance. No public toilets outside this complex. No Lotto available also.
