Bought an LG Washing Machine. We got it at a nice price. Had to pick it up from their Warehouse which is not too far away. Customer service was fantastic. Parking is right at the front for free. Will be back again.

I purchased all of my home appliances from Harvey Norman. The people I dealt with were exceptional. Very competitive pricing and excellent after-sales customer service. Despite having some issues with a few of the appliances, the team did an amazing job raising these with the suppliers and ensuring they were resolved quickly. Based on my experience, this is the best place to buy—shop with confidence. The after-sale service is really what stands out for me!
Very poor service was completely ignored by staff for 10 minutes.Bought the l phone pro for my grandson at this store but won’t buy here again.
Had a good sales lady who new about the camera I was interested in buying. A Chinese girl who was very professional. Now the bad part.....the girl on checkout was very unfriendly and a bad image for the store. No customer service from her and as I had several small items I asked for a bag. We don't have bags....all she could say... very abrupt and not a person who should be on the checkout.
Recommend to best ask for what is included in installation fee for heatpump....they will try to send installers and make you pay more...scamming money from you....probably best to buy heatpump and organizer your own installers might work out alot cheaper. P.S check the minimum height required for your heatpump company before installing otherwise warranty won't be covered.

Bought a premium cordless handset set. Three staff members that conversed with me were very pleasant. At these times all businesses need support. The product didn't cost much and was on special. Still the professional courtesy is invaluable. Being a multi-cultural store, it is good to have the variety of sales staff. Patricia, Sarah were helpful. But it was my favourite retail experience yet. Sure they are trained to do extended warranty upsell. But it is a service and everyone has overheads. So all understandable.
