   A big shoutout to I think their name was Ping? (League of legends nickname maybe?) not only were they most helpful with helping us choose the right product but they also volunteered to stay until after the shop closed to help ensure our product was working before we had to leave for our international flights later in the evening. I told him that we could just return at the airport store if there were issues but fortunately he told us that the airport store didn’t process returns and volunteered their time to ensuring everything was working smoothly before closing shop. Big shoutout to Pong again - top tier customer service he deserves a raise!

   Don’t shop here, it’s full of toxic negative energy. It was raining heavily, and I had just made a purchase of over $5,000 at the store. I politely asked for a larger bag and an extra protective layer for my new phone and charger, but my request was flatly refused. To make matters worse, one of the shop assistants raised their voice at me and made disrespectful remarks about me after I walked away. I felt completely dehumanized—like I was just a spectacle, not a valued customer. The way I was treated was utterly unacceptable. Due to what I can only interpret as racist behavior, I will never shop here again and will be seeking a full refund and return. Every customer is supposed to be treated the same and in a welcoming gesture. I refuse to tolerate businesses that exhibit racism, bullying, and hostile behavior.

   I came in to buy new headphones, and Milo was super helpful! He explained the sound quality differences and helped me pick the best one for my budget. Very friendly and knowledgeable great customer service from Milo as always.

   Went to this store to get a new earpiece. The range on stand was not available. Staff had no idea. Really surprised as in the past jbhifi has always been a go to. Will buy online moving forward

   Amazing experience every time! My friends and I went in looking for a specific Nintendo Switch game and one of the staff members, (I think his name was Regy), helped us greatly. He showed us where everything was, told us what was on sale, recommended games to us. I love when a staff member really knows their stuff. Great job and keep up the good work. If you want to shop in a wonderful atmosphere with many updated and in-stock products I would definitely recommend coming here.

   Been dealing with JB Hi Fi on Queen Street the last 6 months or so, and must add that Nash has been very patient in dealing with myself, and assisting with getting the right laptop and mobile phone!.The service I have received has been second to none, and I have found all other staff to be very pleasant in greeting me on entering. My thanks again goes out to Nash, with his knowledge and expertise, highly recommended!

   Nice huge JB Hi Fi store right in the middle of the city. I have seen this store right here for 12 years now. The stock is always up to date and the service levels from the staff are awesome. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and have a chat with any of the staff. All the products ranging from headphones to large home electronics, which I have bought from here have lasted long enough and are still working. The store customer policies are good and clearly descriptive. Highly recommended.
