Florence provided some great additional advice about ways I could improve my skin both with treatments but also focusing on holistic care and making improvements from the inside out. I could tell she had a lot of experience and knowledge, and I felt like I got a lot of extra value out of my appointment beyond just the laser treatment I was there for. While both ladies mentioned the brand of skincare carried by The Cosmetic Clinic, at no point did I feel pressured to purchase the range.”

“Chris from Crytsal Clear Pools was very helpful with demoing the Dolphin Pool Robot and was very knowledgeable in discussing which brand/model would provide the best bang for buck for my situation. Kept the sales pitch low key and let the product sell itself. Similarly with the Pool Heat Pump, easily answering my more technical questions. I enjoyed the interaction, uncommon in my experience, and will happily use again.”

“Reduced to clear were amazing. Like a lot of people I'd been searching for the BEGA brand cheese slices, in particular Super thin slices. 65% less fat. I've been making sausage in Filo with cheese slice on the top for over 20 years, my kids loved them. Now my Grandchildren do too. Supermarkets arn't importing them anymore from Australia. This lovely Lady, The Manager. Was wonderful, it's a first in policy, I got the carton with 32 packets. She has kindly received another 6 cartons. Go buy as many as you need”

“Came after recommendation from colleague. Quick hassle free appointments with the option of paying bulk or per session. After care is also very reasonably priced and lasts for several sessions. Immediate difference noticed after the first session less skin irritation from having to shave less already. Only regret is not starting lazer sooner !”

“Michelle is absolutely wonderful for water analysis, explaining what to do and why, and sorting out exactly how to get your spa and swimming pool water started and fixed. She will spend as much time with you as you need, and write everything down (especially if you have to relay to the other half). She has saved us literally hundreds of dollars and we have the clearest and sparkliest spa and now coming up swimming pool (from ground zero) - everything has happened exactly as she told us, text book style. I nearly went to a box shop expecting to spend hundreds, thankfully, as Michelle has had us on the straight and narrow with the spa, I drove past the box shop where I was parking, and decided to ask Michelle. She went through my box of existing products and I only needed a $35 bottle of product. Gear - as in robot pool cleaner. We had expected to spend about $1900...for our purposes (above ground steel wall pool) we didn't need to spend that much. $1500 savings - our robot doesn't need to walk the sides but none of the other shops had told us this! Thanks Michelle - no wonder you have such a loyal and consistent customer base!”
