   The ?Island lady at self check out is so rude and unprofessional- No manners at all - she’s basically just there to stand and belittle customers when help is needed - horrible manners, does not know how to speak to customers , yells out - went to woolsworth around 1.50pm 4/9/25. Woolsworth please hire staff that are actually there to work , staff that represent the organisation in a professional manner.

   Taua, the checkout operator, is very rude and very impolite to customers. She either needs a basic customer service training, or is not fit working as a checkout operator! The manager should have known how his/her staffs treat Countdown customers.

   Sharon is the only good staff member.. who serves the customers well… the other women are all lazy and talking having a good time in stead of serving the customers , grumble to do their work, shout disrespectful , that’s why islanders are breaking into the malls.. new zealand has attitude problem… they think they own the mall.. always ask for the friendly staff ..below average customer service

   A well stocked store with a good range of goods. Checkout service not very efficient and a bit scruffy with some shelf layout. But I still come back. Some prices are reasonable and some outrageous so you have to be careful.

   We can chill and spend our time choosing whatever. Nice and clean. Not too busy on weekdays. Self-service matching was very easy and had more options to use.
