   Never have stock on the shelves! Will show online that they have it and you go there and it’s empty. Really frustrating.

   I see now countdown/woolworths are vacum packing a lot of there meat. Giving it 2-3 weeks more refrigerated shelf life. I don’t think this is too good idea as we don’t actually know when it has been packed. I have bought twice now the Snitzel and it’s as tough as old leather boots. They definitely need to cut out the grissle as it’s pretty uneatable, not good!!!! And we are getting overpriced chewy meat products. Please improve!!

   I tried to buy a beer self service staff said can I see your ID I said seriously I'm in my late 20s? I started to get it out of my wallet before I could even get it out, she took it away canceled the transaction. Absolutely BS service. I'm almost 30 and look older than that. I was doing my weekly shopping there regularly but guess I'll have to go to pak n save papanui, At least there staff are more approachable.

   A quick visit to this reasonably brand new supermarket. Lights have been added on the corner of the main road to allow ease of access by cars, etc.. Busy place, and there's a pharmacy. Car parking is tight, so take care.

   This is a new supermarket with nice display fridges. The bakery section has a good selection. The meat section is quite small and needs more choices. Overall the supermarket is pleasant to shop at due to the newness of the facility and the car park is easy to use

   It's a generic countdown aimed at the 'organic wholefoods' style customer that unfortunately, in reality, falls short regarding logistics, items are often missing from shelves or items are there but instore pricing hasn't been updated to not show that the item on the shelf is not 'out of stock', products are often mislabeled (priced) and bread isn't always the freshest available, despite it's glaring stock management flaws the staff are usually friendly and always helpful if they just happen to have the requisite training for the specific query you have... And of course the location, if you live close by and it's convenient then this it a great place to shop
